Great Park Homecare delivers ethical, safe & trusted care enabling you to remain living independently in your own home.

Their highly experienced team listens, understands, then provides tailored, yet flexible and professional person-centred care & support services.

An initial assessment, which takes into account feedback from all interested parties, forms the creation of a Care Plan which provides a mutually agreed framework and clarification of the care services to be delivered.

Client's care needs are then constantly reviewed using live monitoring technology as well as face-to-face Review Meetings, with changes affected immediately.

Family members, no matter however far away they live, may also keep abreast & be reassured of the care & support being delivered by accessing the Care Plan and visit notes via their cloud-based system.
Appreciating that situations are fluid, Great Park Homecare does not charge for visits which are cancelled with more than 24 hours’ notice. So, no charges are made for respite breaks / hospital stays etc.

    Uniquely, Great Park Homecare does not bill for a visit which is cancelled with 24 hours notice.
    So lunches out with loved ones and unplanned hospital stays, will not incur fees.


  • Understanding that family members do not always live locally, Great Park Homecare fees cover the day to day provisioning of support, such as ordering & managing medications and equipment, by engaging with appropriate professionals such as GPs, DIstrict Nurses and Occupational Therapists.

Great Park Homecare provided personal care for my mother for four months and the quality of the care was outstanding. The small core team of carers who looked after her were kind, compassionate and competent. They were also very patient whenever my mother -- who was fiercely independent -- became (understandably)
frustrated by her age and frailty. My sister and I knew that Mum was in good hands. But the point at which Great Park Homecare most clearly showed its true colours came towards the end of my mother's life when she had a fall late one night. Neither my sister nor I were close by. So, when my mother's pendant alarm went off, it was the owner and his wife who dashed over to check up on her and call an ambulance -- this at nearly midnight, some two hours after the normal working day had ended. My sister and I are deeply grateful for the support Great Park Homecare provided during a very difficult time.

I have had the pleasure of meeting many of the carers who attend to my father and mother over the last 12 months or more.
At every point the care provided has been exceptional by all staff there is a true sense of genuine pride in what they do.
On more than one occasion, they have gone over and above
in certain situations. Whenever we needed to change what we needed or asked for more, this has never been a problem. Truly remarkable care from all with this company, from the carers to the management.

After an accident, I needed some help with personal care. Great Park Homecare was highly recommended to me and really lived up to that recommendation. The help I received was invaluable and reassuring during a time that was very challenging for me. It was wonderful to be able to call on them for just

In the final weeks of our mother's life, we could not have been better supported by the Great Park Homecare team. The quality of care was exceptional: Mummy's needs were first and foremost in their minds but they never lost sight of the needs of my sisters and me. They found the right balance of gentleness,
dignity, humour and courage to support us. They showed great flexibility in accommodating Mummy's changing needs and the team went above and beyond to ensure Mummy received the best level of support possible in such challenging circumstances. They could not have been a better partner to us.

I have been delighted with the service we have received from Great Park Homecare for my dad. They have been really flexible, providing blocks of respite care so that my mum can go away on holiday as well as regular sessions as needed. They have really supported us to navigate his changing needs, making
suggestions and giving us feedback on how things are working. The staff are highly professional but also caring - some even attended his 90th birthday party! I would not hesitate to recommend them - the peace of mind their service gives us is invaluable.

Their carers are most kind and attentive and arrive mostly on time, never more than 1/4 hour late. They are very good at dealing with any problems one may have. Their app system records these problems so the next team arriving know exactly what has happened on previous visits.

They are always responsive and helpful. Any issues or concerns I have about my parents has always been responded to in a timely manner.
All the staff have been kind, considerate and have treated both my parents with

We have been very impressed with the kindness, care and professionalism of everyone at Great Park Homecare. From the first contact of coming to the house and assessing our needs, they have always shown a high degree of professionalism. All the carers turn up on time, even when the rota has been changed
to accommodate some unforeseen events. They have an app system which each carer uses to record notes of exactly what has been done and any small changes to the care needs. So the carer who calls in the evening has read the notes before she walks in the door and knows exactly what happened earlier that day. They make lots of suggestions of things that will help with Mom's care, which all together make a big difference. They help with the equipment, which we needed and always showed a gentle touch of kindness to Mom. Overall, a very positive experience. I highly recommend this company.

My mother has been having care from this company for over a year. She is very happy with the service which has enabled her to remain independent at home. The carers are polite and considerate. They give my mother choices which she appreciates. E.g shower or strip wash.
Management are very good at communicating.
They respond promptly to queries and requests. They are also excellent at responding to my mother's changing needs. In summary, my mother and we, as a family, are very happy with the service which this company provide and we thank them sincerely.

We have a regular carer who is excellent. She looks after my husband very well and takes charge whilst she is here. In fact, he will do what the carer says more than me! His carer talks to him, asks him things and has made many suggestions to improve his well-being.
As a company, Great Park is very
good. They try very hard to deliver a caring and supportive service - not just to my husband but to me as well.
Like all care companies, they struggle with recruiting carers and until the UK recognises carers as a career role it will continue to be difficult.
We are very happy to be with Great Park.

Great Park Homecare has been providing care for my father for the past four years. As I do not live near him it is very reassuring that they are providing such an excellent service. We had reason to call upon the services of Great Park Homecare at short notice and they were able to step up without issue.
As first time users of this kind of service, we were unsure what to expect but the manager and the team made us feel welcome and took over the care of my mother without complaint.
She was not the easiest person to deal with due to her dementia/Alzheimer’s but we received regular updates and they were happy to go that extra yard to pick medication up or take her to appointments.
Without them we would have struggled due to geographical distances and they helped us get her in to hospital when needed. Good job. Thank you.
