Great Park Homecare delivers ethical, safe & trusted care enabling you to remain living independently in your own home.

Their highly experienced team listens, understands, then provides tailored, yet flexible and professional person-centred care & support services.

An initial assessment, which takes into account feedback from all interested parties, forms the creation of a Care Plan which provides a mutually agreed framework and clarification of the care services to be delivered.

Client's care needs are then constantly reviewed using live monitoring technology as well as face-to-face Review Meetings, with changes affected immediately.

Family members, no matter however far away they live, may also keep abreast & be reassured of the care & support being delivered by accessing the Care Plan and visit notes via their cloud-based system.
Appreciating that situations are fluid, Great Park Homecare does not charge for visits which are cancelled with more than 24 hours’ notice. So, no charges are made for respite breaks / hospital stays etc.

    Uniquely, Great Park Homecare does not bill for a visit which is cancelled with 24 hours notice.
    So lunches out with loved ones and unplanned hospital stays, will not incur fees.


  • Understanding that family members do not always live locally, Great Park Homecare fees cover the day to day provisioning of support, such as ordering & managing medications and equipment, by engaging with appropriate professionals such as GPs, DIstrict Nurses and Occupational Therapists.

My friend received excellent care for over a year. Carers very thoughtful and cared for her as a whole person. Looked after her physical and emotional needs as well as taking her out when they could so that she could see others and choose her own shopping. Nothing was too much trouble. Some intelligent
and innovative ways were found to help her to help herself.

All staff are very friendly and helpful, my brother looks forward to his carer coming around as they all sing nursery rhymes for him. When I need to discuss something the office staff are all very helpful and flexible to our needs.

What a wonderful family-run group of kind and caring people.
The service we had was outstanding, and at all times we really felt very safe, valued and listened to. Nothing was too much trouble, and everything was possible.
We had a few unusual requests and still, they made sure that we received the
care. We also have a pet who needed care, and they sent the most amazing nurse to look after her and walk her!
The attention to detail is 5-star, and their compassion and professionalism are truly second to none. I have and will continue to recommend you to friends and family. Every county should have someone like you to offer care and support!

I have received care from this company for four years. My experience in recent times has not been as favourable as originally, but, on the whole, I am reasonably satisfied. The practice of having two or three main carers and five or six different ones each week has lapsed and only one senior main carer
remains, which leads to a 'revolving door', and a mixture of various nationalities and cultural backgrounds can present occasional problems. Contact with management could be improved, together with the secretive culture imposed on carers and clients.

My wife has Alzheimer's and isn't always the easiest of patients to deal with. We have two visits a day from Great Park carers. We have about six different carers per week, and there isn't one that I could criticise. My wife gets on well with them all and considers them her friends; they help us in
any way they can. From my point of view, I would have difficulty managing without their help. The carers, office staff do their job to the highest possible standard.

We were recommended Great Park Homecare three years ago to fill in for one and then two live-in carers for an elderly friend when they had their time off. The director and his Company and wonderful carers performed this task admirably, were flexible according to the needs of the resident carers, and
made sure as much as possible to produce the same carers each time so that they could build up a relationship with my friend. Sadly she has now died, but we are immensely grateful that they helped to enable my friend to carry on living at home with people we trusted to look after her.

My husband is on end of life programme. Our carers have been not just first-class carers but great friends to myself and my husband, especially with this shutdown. He has survived longer than expected and I know their caring has contributed to this.
As his wife of nearly 60 years, it's been a very
difficult time and they all have been my sanity saviours. I will never be able to thank them enough.

After three years in various hospitals, I came home three years ago and am severely disabled. Carers have been kind and helpful, and they help to keep my spirits up. They started looking after me as soon as I came home, and I couldn't manage without them. My husband is 86 and can't do my personal care.
The girls come three times a day to get me up, help me to use the commode and to transfer bed/armchair, chair/wheelchair and then back into bed. I appreciate their care.

It is difficult knowing where to begin, and I am unused to writing reviews for anything! However, all my dealings with Great Park Homecare have always been excellent. They provide individualised care. I know my husband is getting the best he can from the carers and the company. These comments are set
against experiences of at least three other providers during the last 11-years. Clearly, the last 12-months or so have been "The Best" for us.

Carers are always on time, always cheerful and great with my husband when they come in. He is treated with a lot of respect and care. If a carer is unable to come, they make sure someone else will come. So, therefore, the care he receives is excelled. As the main carer for my husband for 30 years, I

With over 20 years as a business professional in client service management, Adrian’s previous personal experience of the home care industry, to find appropriate and reliable care for family members, left him with the deep feeling that care provision could and should be much better. Chair of an independent Berkshire Assistive Technology Group and also active volunteer for 3 local charities, Romola believes that understanding and delivering the right levels of community care to exacting high standards is crucial to enable each and every client to maintain their independence and positive wellbeing, in the convenience and comfort of their home. She also has a passion for enabling staff to realise their full potential by investing in their professional development.
