Initially from a mechanic background travelling extensively around the world Mark has adapted his practical approach to building and developing a successful company. Having spent 14 years as a Combat Medical Technician in the British Army, deploying in support of military operations and providing primary health care to soldiers both in barracks and whilst in hostile environments, Claire saw herself as well suited to working in a care environment. During her service, Claire gained a large amount of medical training including working as a medical technician within the NHS and providing paramedic support including advanced life support and trauma training. Starting with childcare, Claire decided she was better suited to providing care in the community and started working as a carer for Bluebird Care. In the last 5 years, Claire has fulfilled various roles including Team leader in both domiciliary care and care homes.
