The well-trained team provides companionship-based care, while supporting and encouraging clients to remain living independently in their own homes. Their goal is to bring joy to each client, each day, as well as providing practical support and assistance.

Care Professionals are fully trained and experienced in providing dementia and complex care.

Care plans are tailored to meet the individual requirements of each client, ensuring that time is spent with each client, fulfilling their personal needs and sharing stories, playing games and enjoying regular outings. If desired, clients can receive help with cooking, bathing, dressing, grooming and assistance with eating.

Care Professionals are matched with clients with similar interests to ensure a meaningful relationship can be developed. Care Professionals visit regularly, with a minimum one-hour visit in order that relationships can form and clients look forward to the visits.

Since June 2024, Home Instead (Bristol North) is delighted to be able to also offer Live-in Care. Live-In Care Professionals are there for you up to 22 hours a day, 7 days a week, week after week, providing personalised support tailored to your needs. Whether it's assistance with daily activities, companionship, or simply being there for peace of mind, the dedicated team can help. Live-in care helps you stay in the comfort of your own home, not a care home, with continuity of care from a dedicated Care Professional who lives with you long-term.

Home Instead provides tailored individual care and is an excellent home care provider. An approachable and caring team that offers more flexibility than other home care providers we experienced.

My carer is always punctual. I really appreciate that my needs, both physical and psychological were well assessed before she was selected for me as we really seem to "get on" well. Most of the time we just chat but there are times when she will carry out jobs e.g. Preparing vegetables, shopping etc.
All very willingly. I really look forward to her twice-weekly visits.

We are very pleased with the care received from Home Instead Senior Care (Bristol North) although one carer whilst keen to learn and very committed to the job would benefit from more training in complicated cases.
Home Instead are always helpful and to do their best to help with any problems.
All
the caregivers are kind and do their best to make our lives as carefree as possible given present circumstances.

Home Instead have been providing companionship to my mum, who has dementia, for nearly 2 years. What I love is that in all this time it has been the same 3 ladies who have taken Mum out, providing her with much-needed continuity. They have all always treated Mum with respect and kindness.
The office
staff are also very approachable and friendly. When my dad fell ill last year and we needed additional care for my mum, the office and care staff pulled out all the stops to provide us with the help we needed. I would not hesitate in recommending them. They do a fantastic job.
