From start until finish, the care my mother had was perfect. Every member of care staff treated my mum so well and she got to stay at home where she wanted to be. When mums needs changed they bent over backwards to make those changes. Mum ended up in 24 hour care but years later than we ever imagined
thanks to Verytas.

When all was lost and my mother's care company gave notice of my mum's care, Verytas stepped in like superheroes. Caring for those with dementia is not an easy task, but every day they came in full of high spirits to my mum's home and gave the very best care to my mum to the very end.
When I rang
with an enquiry, to make a change or ask something extra of them, they were always helpful and I felt went above and beyond the call of duty. I knew all the staff really well and each one of them had a wonderful nature about them. In a really difficult time, Verytas really made a difference in mine and my mum's life. I'm forever grateful.

Excellent care assistants, cannot praise the girls highly enough. Do not complain to the office of unreasonable visiting times ie the patient being left in bed, wet for 15 hours for months and years. I was told if you don't like it go somewhere else. Do not leave any letters to the girls in the office,
the office staff will open them.
Thanks to the girls that took care of my brother for 3 years.

Thank you for your review. We did indeed deliver wonderful care to your relative throughout the pandemic without compromise. We do appreciate that sometimes call times are not always appropriate due to availability and call times are agreed by the next of kin and the local authority before we start any care provision. We have on file a number of positive reviews from you during the time we cared for your relative, but we don't have a record of any formal complaints made by yourself. We do understand your anger and frustration towards office staff as we politely declined your attempts to give staff money, as they would be in breach of the Social Care Wales code of conduct section 2.8 relating to staff adhering to policies and procedures about accepting gifts and money from individuals, their families and carers. We did pass on your recognition towards the care staff regarding their high care standards delivered and please accept our heartfelt sympathy on the passing of your relative.

The carers were very caring towards my mum, she enjoyed their company and banter during the calls. Always arrived on time. Nothing was too much trouble for them. The senior carer was very supportive of both my mum and dad.
