The Hoem Instead team are amazing! We have worked with them for over seven years, firstly with my mother who had dementia and now with my 94-year-old father who has needs that are consistently changing.
The entire team feel like family now, but remain totally professional at all times. Care plans are
adapted and updated frequently and the care professionals are always ahead of the game. The app that is used gives me all the information I need to see that my father us being well looked after. They all go above and beyond the call of duty. A five-star company for sure.

Having used another provider we had to change carer for my elderly mother. Not an easy task and we had a very small window of time to do so. Home Instead have provided excellent service and attention to detail. Resulting in a happy client. In comparison to previous care company, they are considerably
more professional and attentive.

The care team were excellent in looking after all her needs in the final stages of her life and could not have done more. Two cares four times a day. I would recommend this company to anyone.

My father has been receiving care and support from Home Instead for a little under a year. From day one, I have been bowled over by the high level of professionalism and care shown by every member of the organisation. The office is highly efficient and maintains close contact with me on all matters
concerning my father's care. This is a source of great comfort as I live overseas.
Dad really looks forward to the daily evening visit and the CarePro's do a phenomenal job, treating him as if he was a member of their family, always going above and beyond to accommodate his routine, likes and dislikes. Their visit reports on the app are excellent, informative and give me a firm feeling that he is in very good hands.
I can't speak highly enough about the quality of care that the Home Instead Team is providing and if I could rate them higher than five stars I would.

We are very satisfied with the very efficient, professional and friendly services provided by Home Instead. Your care staff are beyond reproach. I assume reflecting the selection of caring staff by management. Our overall experience is surmounted by the friendliness of our visiting carers and their
unstinting concern for the clients well being. The only observation I feel that I should make is the fact that even with given notice for holiday or hospital admissions, must still be paid in full.

Very friendly support staff helping Dad with morning routine. They also spend time chatting and I have found Dad is a lot happier on the days they come.

The team from Home Instead are excellent in their care of Dad. He is treated with dignity and the level of support is exceptional. It is heartwarming to see the rapport that each of the team has established with Dad.
I have huge peace of mind having seen the team at work, which is invaluable given
I live in Ireland and can't be here in a short turnaround.
Given I am remote from the area the coordination and communication through the office team is also excellent. I consider that we are very lucky to be a client of Home Instead.

Home Instead have been supporting my mother in her home for over three months. All the ladies that visit Mum are excellent, my mother looks forward to their visits. They are patient, kind and professional. We are increasing the visits which will enable my mother to stay in her home longer. I particularly
like the app so I can see the support Mum has received that day. The setting up process and reviews have all been handled efficiently.

Service is efficient and communication is good regarding change of time and quick to resolve problems.

The two carers that were allocated to attend to my needs were excellent, patient and caring. I actually looked forward to their visits, and they were additionally of help to my wife with jobs that she was unable to undertake due to having a hip replacement.

Home Instead have been caring for my mother who is now in the late stages of Alzheimer's for the past 2 years. My dad had been her carer but needed help when his health deteriorated. I feel that my mother is very well cared for and it is reassuring to know that my dad has someone to talk to as well
5 days a week. The staff are highly trained and understand my parents' needs. We have on occasion had to have extra care which hasn't been a problem. I had no hesitation in recommending Home Instead to my boss for her elderly mother who is also very happy with their service. Thank you to all the staff for their hard work and dedication!

The comments refer to my wife lying in a hospital bed and being looked after by 2 carers visiting 4 times a day. The system is extremely good, very caring with every effort made to befriend the client. With dementia, my wife is not always easy and no two visits will be the same. Every effort is made
to involve her in discussions and sometimes singing. The carers also do all they can to help me.
