Thank you for your comments. Our staff are amazing and that is because we as a management team put time, effort, and resources into recruiting, training, supporting, and developing them. To that end, when you go away we continue to pay our team to give them stability of income and ensure the same team you have built such effective and caring relationships are still the same hand picked team who are there when you return.
