Gleberry Support - Hinckley (formerly known as Prestige Care 247) was formed in April 2013 with the aim to support the local community live life to the fullest and provide support with daily needs and goals.

The following packages are available:

Hourly Care: Covering hours between 6 am to 11 pm every day. Bank holiday cover also available.

Sitting service/around the clock care: Services are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Bank holiday cover also available. Hourly charge rates are reduced for 24-hour care packages.

Gleberry Support Hinckley can only accept a minimum of 1-hour visit time slots.

Gleberry Support Hinckley offers the following services:

Hourly care, 24-hour care, P.A. Services, accessing the community, personal care, shopping, general cleaning, live in care, assistance going to appointments, emergency support at night, support with going on holiday, activities support and health issues.

Assessments will be completed by an initial assessment to ensure staff can meet all care and social needs. This normally takes around 30-60 minutes.

Gleberry Support Hinckley is unable to accept packages without an initial assessment being carried out.

During the assessment staff will discuss the following:

Any risks
The times required

I was apprehensive when it came to accepting help with looking after my husband, but I realised I needed a break. Gleberry Support has been amazing with my husband, who suffers from Dementia. We've had a few different carers, and all have been understanding and considerate during their visits.
If you're
looking for extra support for a loved one, I highly recommend Gleberry. The team that I have come across are nothing short of amazing.

The team have been looking after my mother for 12+ months and they have been truly amazing. The team feel part of our wider family and they really want what is best for Mum. They try and look at the most economic solution whilst balancing this with the most appropriate care package. In summary, they
care from the perspective of the end client with dignity, humour, professionalism and resilience.

My husband had a stroke in December 2021 and we needed to find a good agency. The agency was recommended mainly due to a good CQC rating, but we warmed to the lady who came to see us and felt we were in good hands. My husband sadly had bouts of delirium, particularly overnight, though these were controlled
to a degree after some months by an antipsychotic drug. Thanks to our overnight carers these were admirably managed, even when they had to sit up all night because he wouldn't go to bed. He could be very difficult but was always treated with great respect and quiet gentleness, both by the daytime and overnight carers. On one Sunday, when I had family staying and no overnight help planned, he became quite aggressive and I had to phone for help. Overnight care was put in place within the hour. One thing which I appreciated was the care given to me. I could always be sure of not just a listening ear, but also of some wise advice from an experienced professional. Thank you.

I have found all the staff and management, very friendly and respectful to Mum. Even if they have not had a lot to do, they have a chat with her and make sure she is okay. They make sure she takes her medication and 40 sips which is a great help.

Care was set up for my father-in-law very quickly. This is the first month we have used Prestige Care 247 and at this present time are pleased with how they look after my father-in-law. My only slight concern is the communication with the office as most seems to be done through WhatsApp. At times those
communications have been confusing.

The manager and the team were fantastic, stepping into the breach when we had a crisis of care and moving heaven and earth to accommodate my dad's needs at very short notice. I couldn't wish for a better service. The staff were friendly, reliable, helpful, kind and gentle with my dad and nothing was

Prestige are very flexible in covering the ever-changing hours that we require and always keep me informed if they are running late, which is not very often. The carers are usually on time and the carers that we have had have been very professional and obviously have a lot of experience in care work.
My wife always feels safe with them and feels comfortable when they are washing and dressing her.

After initially trying one of the big care providers who let me down, I discovered the amazing team at Prestige who I couldn't have managed without. My mum really looks forward to her ladies visiting and taking her on little trips, and they really have been invaluable with emergency care, support and
advice.

Excellent service from the very start, carers go above and beyond to care for my dad, and contact me promptly with any concerns or to inform me of the day's activities.
