Gleberry Support - Hinckley (formerly known as Prestige Care 247) was formed in April 2013 with the aim to support the local community live life to the fullest and provide support with daily needs and goals.

The following packages are available:

Hourly Care: Covering hours between 6 am to 11 pm every day. Bank holiday cover also available.

Sitting service/around the clock care: Services are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Bank holiday cover also available. Hourly charge rates are reduced for 24-hour care packages.

Gleberry Support Hinckley can only accept a minimum of 1-hour visit time slots.

Gleberry Support Hinckley offers the following services:

Hourly care, 24-hour care, P.A. Services, accessing the community, personal care, shopping, general cleaning, live in care, assistance going to appointments, emergency support at night, support with going on holiday, activities support and health issues.

Assessments will be completed by an initial assessment to ensure staff can meet all care and social needs. This normally takes around 30-60 minutes.

Gleberry Support Hinckley is unable to accept packages without an initial assessment being carried out.

During the assessment staff will discuss the following:

Care needs and wants
Any risks
The times required

We found the carers from Prestige Care 247 to be very professional but more than that, they were kind and respectful and I was very happy about the way they cared for my mother. I have no hesitation in recommending them.

I cannot rate Prestige Care 247 highly enough. The carers are all very cheerful and helpful. They arrive at pretty much the same time every day. A very professional team and I would definitely recommend them.

How could we have managed without you! The unbelievable management of all our requests particularly when these changed and increased so dramatically in the last few weeks. What was to this family, an impossible task becomes not only achievable but helped us enjoy our last few days with Mum as a positive

Very helpful and understanding of what my mum needed. At short notice, they were flexible when Mum needed more care. Mum soon accepted that she needed help and she got on well with all the care workers. Just having someone to talk to while in lockdown was a great help

Prestige Care provided excellent care for both my uncle and auntie in the last years of their life through some difficult and challenging times. They went above and beyond to ensure my relatives were safe and looked after. If at any time extra calls were required including last minute night cover, they
always ensured this need was covered. The communication between the team and myself was transparent and timely. I am sincerely grateful for the support and care they provided.

I have been allocated just two regular carers both are very kind and willing and have strengths in different ways complementing each other. Whether mopping and polishing,preparing tastymeals or giving me a good wash both seem to be happy doing everything to please me. The owner is just lovely and it
has to be said obviously chooses trains and maintains staff with the same lovely personality and kindness as herself, a great business model. I know that whatever crops up she will just be at the end of the phone to get it sorted.

After the easing of the restrictions put in place due to the virus, we contacted the company and they recommend a carer who would be suitable for our family. We organised a meet and greet in our garden. As this went very well and all of us were happy, we have booked a few hours for the carer and the
service user to spend together. This was very successful and we are looking forward to the next time.
