Following discharge from hospital, my father has been treated with all care, kindness and respect. His dignity has been respected throughout, and we have been made aware of potential problems so that action can be taken to alleviate them.

The young man assigned to care for my father is kind, caring, polite, professional and knowledgeable. He treats my father with dignity and respect, and has been instrumental in enabling my father to regain his mobility and independence. We are most grateful as a family to know the daily visits by the

I am very happy with the care I have received. The carers have been very helpful for me and respectful. All carers are very polite. Every time they come here, they ask me before they leave if I want anything, any more help or not. There is not any complaints about the carers.

The young man who is coming to care for my father is very respectful towards him. He is always very polite as he goes about his business. He always asks what he can do for him while he is here. Whenever he leaves he always tells us what time he will be coming next visit and leaves with a handshake with
my father.

Having recently been discharged from the hospital I was informed that I was entitled to a six weeks care package. I was contacted by Esteemed Life Care Coventry who informed me of my start date, my care package has now finished so I would like to congratulate all of my care team on their professionalism
and for treating me with dignity and respect at all times. If I needed a care package again I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Esteemed Life Care.

Always courteous, kind and respectful. Good, consistent timekeeping. Built a good rapport with my dad and our family. Competent, safe and professional in everything our carer does. Able to provide helpful advice to maintain patient safety in between visits, giving my mum more confidence to help. Our
carer has an excellent personality and a very comforting presence - we really appreciate them.
