I have worked in the care industry since I was 18 years old and I joined Bluebird Care in March 2017 as a care assistant, then progressed to a Senior Care Assistant role and in February 2019, and now I am the office manager. I joined the office team and became the Care Co-ordinator. During my time with Bluebird Care, I have gained my Level 3 NVQ in Health & Social Care and currently studying level 5 NVQ in Health and Social Care management. My name is Charlotte, I am a Supervisor at Bluebird Care, I assist our wonderful customers in all aspects of life, from personal care to taking them out for weekly shopping trips and everything in between! I started with Bluebird Care in January 2018 which was my first ever care job! I always thought I could never do care work as I didn't feel the personal care side of things was for me! I'm glad I took the jump, as I've been on some amazing training and the support you receive from the team is outstanding. I feel that since I started working at Bluebird that Care I have found my calling! I love everything about my job (well most of it!) but I really wouldn't be in my job if I didn't enjoy it. The most satisfying part of my job is seeing the customers being as independent as possible within the home and supporting them as required!
