Emma has worked in the healthcare industry for over 5 years, starting out as a Community Health Care Support Worker. Emma previously enjoyed her time working in a hospice, but luckily for us, has settled back into community care because she says " I love supporting people's independence in their own homes and their own communities. Paul did not originate from a care background, being a carpenter by trade. He first experienced 'care' when he was a teenager, his grandmother moved into the family home, and his mother cared for her until her death. In later life his own mother developed Dementia, she was moved into various nursing homes by social services. Knowing what he knows now, his mother could of stayed in her own home. Paul enjoys cooking, music and visiting new countries. He describes himself as laid back with a good sense of humour.

After experiencing inadequate care within her own family, Claire felt compelled to take a leap of faith and start a care company providing good quality care to people in their homes. Claire has two dogs, she loves spending time with her two grandsons and family; watching a good movie or going out for something special to eat. She describes herself as conscientious, committed and hardworking.
