I always feel well respected by my carers who see to me. I am grateful for their patience and the service provided to me. My carers support me with my medication and preparing my food and drinks which is a big help to me. I am happy with the service I am receiving and would recommend Onecare to others.

All carers were friendly and approachable. They treated my mother and I with respect and dignity. My one concern was the amount of different carers attending my mum each day. Although they wore PPE, there was often 8 different persons each day. With Covid so severe, I would have preferred more continuity
of attendants which would have reduced the risk of infection prior to testing and vaccination.

Onecare Southampton are always extremely helpful towards me and my mother, nothing seems to be too much trouble. I have not been able to visit my Mother because of shielding over the last year. I cannot speak to my mother over the phone as she is completely deaf, so the carers let me know if there is
anything wrong or if she needs shopping other than the normal groceries. All her requirements are met by the carers and she is happy with herself. The carers do a wonderful job caring for Mother especially as she can be very temperamental because of Dementia. I cannot fault them in any way.

Our son is 45 years old, has MS and is severely disabled. He has required full-time live-in care since August 2018 when he moved into his specially adapted flat in Southampton. We were very lucky to find Onecare there as he had bad experiences when he lived in Woking with various care companies.
He
has had a devoted carer with him who has gone above and beyond his remit in these Covid times to make sure our son is as safe as possible and the company have done their best to support him in this. Our son is a very challenging case since he can barely utter a word and is fed by a tube. The company have provided the correct training for his live-in carer and those who cover for the occasional breaks he has.
The company always respond swiftly to our calls when we have a query and keep us informed of any issues that arise regarding his care.
My husband and I have no hesitation in recommending them highly.

Since the beginning of May 2020 Onecare have been providing EOL care to my Mother which is currently still ongoing.
From the initial assessment to the first care visit I had a good feeling about the company and their team of staff.
My Mother or myself cannot thank these people enough for the high
quality of care they provide.
All the staff are thoroughly professional and in my opinion they are all brilliant at providing the care and dignity my Mother requires.

Although we only had Onecare from 1st April 2020 until 15th April 2020. We, as a family, can't express our thanks and for the help, we received from all at Onecare team. They made a very difficult situation easier, awaiting for our dear Mum to go into full-time care. They went beyond all expectations
you would expect from a care company and we thank them from the bottom of all our hearts.

Onecare has been looking after my husband for 18 months. Staff have been very helpful and the office staff are always very approachable.
I feel the management always have a solution to every problem.

I volunteer for a well-known charity and had the pleasure and privilege of being asked at short notice to care for one of the clients that Onecare has on their books.
As a self-employed home carer, I was very impressed at the level of interest, care and such obvious genuine love shown to my lady by
everyone, from the managing director to the drop in care staff - who both clearly knew the dear lady and were talked about with such delight by her.
My lady clearly looked forward to seeing the managers, who were not above talking to, and assisting with all their clients.
I would very warmly recommend this lovely group of people to care for your people.

Onecare really do care and my husband feels safe and happy in their hands. The carers are friendly, helpful, kind, knowledgeable and professional and when my husband was very ill recently they were very supportive of me, too. Nothing is too much trouble and we think they are wonderful.
