Care Sante London provides exceptional care at home for older people and people with physical, cognitive and mental health challenges; people recovering from illness or injury; and people with long-term or life-limiting diagnoses like dementia, Parkinson's and cancers. They operate across Barnet, Haringey and surrounding areas.

Care Sante London's services include:
- Long-term visiting care - from a weekly call to several calls daily
- Short-term reablement care to restore independence following illness, injury or a hospital stay
- Respite care to relieve family/informal carers
- 24 hour care where a customer's needs are more intensive
- Live-in care
- Palliative and end-of-life care.

Customers can request support for:

Care has been provided from January 2024. In general we are very pleased with the service provided.
Any concerns that are raised, are addressed promptly by the office, who try to resolve problems as well as they can. My main contact in the office is friendly, helpful and professional.
Our main carer
is excellent at her job, is efficient and a quick learner. She always deals with my mother with care and understanding, even with the language barrier, as my mother does not speak English. She is reliable and a good communicator, working well with us.
Now that my mother needs two carers at a time, some of the other carers are more experienced than others but they all work hard and do their best. The newer carer is very nice, and her work is very clean and tidy.

We have been using Care Sante for almost a year for our Mum. She has care 3 times a day and we're very happy with the company. Whenever we've had any concerns, it has been resolved quickly and communication is good. Our mum is comfortable with the carers and we are too knowing she's having regular visits.

Care Sante London carers look after my mother who is 95. We are extremely happy with the level of service received. The carers are extremely kind, considerate and do a wonderful job in looking after my mother. They make sure she is comfortable and adhere to all her needs.

My elderly mother, who lives alone, was released from hospital early November. Care Sante services were engaged to provide daily care sessions at a time help was needed most. My mother's team of carers are professional, caring, attentive, reliable and empathetic. I am comforted knowing they have made
a difference to my mother's recovery since leaving hospital. Thank you.

My father has been transferred to his temporary accommodation first week of March. He had a stroke and was not able to use his right side. Since the first day staff have been very supportive of my father. They are very attentive and look after the needs of my father. I am very impressed how caring and
sensitive staff are at Care Sante. They respond to any inquiry promptly, communication is excellent. Thank you very much Care Sante London.

Your staff are very helpful. I spoke on the phone about my parents need for more care. At the moment they only have a carer coming in once a day, three times a week. The manager I spoke to was very helpful and explained your procedures and what I needed to do next to get more hours as my parents are
both much more fragile than they were when they had their care plan put in place.
Their carer is absolutely amazing and she is able to manage my dad very well, who can be extremely difficult. He has refused other carers. My parents both like and trust her very much and she is obviously very committed to her job, and genuinely cares about my parents. She works very hard and my sister and I would like her to continue to be their carer twice a day 7 days a week. As we think that is what they need. They may of course need more. I've been in touch with social services and they are arranging for a new urgent reassessment.

We are very happy with the carer assigned to my stepmother. She is very reliable, kind and sensitive. The staff at the office are friendly and can be reached easily. The carer herself always lets us know if she can't visit, although we don't always hear what alternative arrangements have been made
by the office, which would be helpful. However, they are informative when we phone them to check. There were a few admin problems in the past but these seem to have been sorted out recently.

When my mum first started to use Cedars we had a few problems I.e missed appointments and couldn't get hold of office staff but so far under new management, there has been a vast improvement.
The carers are friendly and helpful and are doing the job because they care.
It is also nice that they don't
rush out and stay and have a chat with mum.

Extremely pleased how quickly The Cedars Home Care responded to our needs. Also keeping mostly the same carers each week helped my mother to build up some rapport. They were very respectful and really helped my mother over a difficult period following a hospital stay.
She has gained her independence
again and I certainly could not have managed without them either. Really happy to have such a positive outcome.

Since leaving hospital and having The Cedars Home Care I have been able to cope more at home. I got more confidence with thanks to the carer. I have the same carer each day whom I trust and got to know and understand and have a chat. Being very elderly this means a lot.
