From a few hours a week to 24 hours a day, Home Instead Enfield offers a care service to match the needs of the individual which includes help around the home, personal care, being accompanied outside of your home, shopping or companionship.

Each Care Professional is carefully matched to the client and introduced beforehand, to ensure everyone is happy getting the most out of the service. The care giver is reliable and consistent and has a very caring and professional attitude. She treats my mother with respect and dignity and has pointed out several issues (eg. loose teeth) that I was unaware of that have now been dealt with and resolved. She has put my mind at rest to know that someone
is going in every day to check that all is ok.

Very caring from start. Initial interview informative and helpful. Carers emphatic and helpful like family. Fortunately, my mum improved which the carers played a large part in, and no longer needs them but would definitely use again in the future if needed. Highly recommended.

We have used a number of care agencies and while the carers are generally good, the agency management, communication and organisation is almost universally appalling. Bad for the caregivers, bad for the care receivers.
Home Instead are the exception. Fantastic carers, great service, well organised,
good communication. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Staff were very helpful and the agency management was always willing to answer any concerns and put me at ease. Good value and not expensive. I feel at ease knowing my father is in good hands and being looked after.

Alexandra

Alexandra Sacker

Job Title: Owner/Director

Alexandra has been working within the health and social care industry for the past 10 years, starting Home Instead Enfield together with Alistair in 2016. Her past experience ranges from being a Home Manager for young adolescents across North London to working in the financial sector and the travel industry. For many years she was part of Robert Swan OBE's Antarctic expedition team helping with fundraising and operations.


Alex not only has a drive for exceptional organisation, but she is also 100% dedicated to providing quality care and first-class service. Her passion for caring for the elderly stems from her younger years when she witnessed both her grandmother's health issues, one with Alzheimer's and the other with severe mobility issues.


Sohini

Sohini Shah

Job Title: Registered Care Manager

Sohini has worked within the adult social care sector for 6 years, after studying Psychology at the University of Nottingham.


Sohini started her career as a team manager for a supported living Scheme. There, she worked with clients with learning difficulties and aiding their developmental skills. She then went on to work as a Care Manager in East London which specialised in dementia care. Sohini now joins us as a Care Manager. We are delighted to have her positive energy on board and welcome her to the Home Instead Family.


Sohini is a regular at her Muay Thai classes and likes to keep active with swimming. During the lockdown, she has found her passion in cooking and experiments with Japanese cuisine..

Hana Ahmed

Job Title: Compliance Administrator

Joined: 2022

Hana started her career in HR and Risk management during her stay in the UAE for many years after studying business management Hons at Plymouth University. She then returned to the UK and became a full-time carer to her sister who required care after an accident until she was fully independent.


This led her to start work with Home Instead initially as a Care Professional and eventually put Hana's past work experience to excellent use in the office.


Mariusz

Mariusz Murawski

Job Title: Finance and Recruitment

Mariusz has previously worked for a Foreign Exchange company in a supervisory role and is used to working within a busy team as well as dealing with customer requests. Mariusz is in charge of payroll and invoice queries and is also helping with the lengthy recruitment process. Mariusz brings a lot of laughter to the team to brighten the day-to-day business of our office life.
Mariusz likes to keep fit with yoga and pilates as well as swimming and he likes to cook.

Ania Siemienowicz

Ania initially started as a Care Professional and then a Senior Care Pro before joining the office team part-time at the beginning of 2020. Ania successfully runs fitness classes for the elderly in Enfield and knows her community inside out. Her passion and drive to get people out and about, for providing companionship and a happy environment is completely in the sink with the ethos of what we do at Home Instead. Ania is an integral part of the Enfield Memory Lunch Club run by Home Instead Enfield.

Asma Mudhir

Job Title: Medication Compliance Assistant

Joined: 2018

Asma first came to Home Instead Enfield a few years ago starting as a Care Professional. She left to concentrate on her family, and 2 teenage daughters, but a chance encounter bumping into her in a supermarket had her return to us in 2022.


Asma's background is in Accounting which she studied at the College of North London. She started her career working as an Accounts Tech/Assistant but now divides her working hours between caring in the field and part-time in the office helping to check our electronic medication records
