Nash Homecare has more than 20 years' experience in delivering personalised home care to clients in Hemel Hempstead, Berkhamsted and Tring.

The company has links with Nash chemists and build strong relationships with local GP's, district nurses, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, hospital discharge teams and social workers. Their holistic approach to home care is designed to reflect on the health, social and emotional preferences of all clients.

Keeping clients happy and supporting their independence is their ultimate aim. Care staff can provide hourly calls throughout the day and night and appreciate that each client is different, tailoring care plans to their individual needs.

We have been using Nash for several months. So far, it has worked out very well.
Our mother has a principal carer, who is a 'carer' in the truest sense of the word. She does everything she can to make sure she retains a degree of independence while supporting her with tasks she is unable to do, including
personal care.
When the carer takes a break from service, Nash have always been quick to let us know the details of the person who is available to provide cover. In fact, Nash has been responsive in every possible way over the time they have been working with us.

I have been using Nash Homecare for a number of years now. I must say the carers are very good and friendly they come in on average twice a day to support me, cleaning and shopping when needed. I couldn't be happier with the service I receive.

I have been receiving home care for over a year from Nash Homecare which has included weekly home help where I can no longer easily manage and daily care after surgery until I was confident to cope on my own.
I have regular carers as well as many different ones during the daily care and every carer
has been so professional but kind and understanding too. They have provided actual physical care as well as emotional support during very difficult times.
They are also very helpful in the office too when I needed to re-arrange dates etc.
Nothing is too much trouble for them and they have been invaluable to me. I will continue to be relying on their care for the foreseeable future and I would highly recommend this company for any kind of care and support that is needed.

My parents used the services of Nash Homecare for a number of years, to help them live independently in their own home. The care providers were without exception, very professional, reliable and very caring at all times. Nash always listened to my parent's needs and was very flexible when extra support
was needed. Unfortunately, the time has come for my parents to move into a residential care home, but I would have no hesitation in highly recommending Nash Homecare to whoever needs their services.

I have been having great care and support in the short time I have been a service user at Nash Homecare. As someone who is visually impaired and recently lost my husband who was my main carer for many years. It took me a lot to ask for help and the understanding of all who work at Nash Homecare has

My mother is partially sited and Nash Homecare has been able to provide daily reassurance and confidence to her. They provide the same carer who helps out with items around the home that are difficult to do herself. It is good to know that you can rely on someone to turn up every day and ensure that
things are alright. Nash are easy to speak to and discuss the current care requirements and any updates that may be needed.

Nash Homecare's staff, both carers and office staff, have done a great job looking after my now 94 year old mum. The care and communication was really good, so much so they managed to keep her in her own home as long as possible. Mum has now moved onto a care home. And misses seeing all the carers.
I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Only a few months in, but very happy with the whole service. All staff have been great, caring and friendly. My dad loves the company too. Nice to have the same group of carers each week, which means a lot to my parents.

We have been immensely impressed with Nash Homecare right from the moment Mum was discharged. They are always knowledgeable, efficient, organised and, crucially, very friendly. They got to know Mum swiftly and adapted to changes as she recovered. All our queries are responded to rapidly and, whether
its coming from the office or the carers themselves, they are reassuringly proactive when issues arise. We've felt that Mum was always cared for as an individual, not just as 'another client'.

Have found Nash Homecare very attentive to my mother's health and wellbeing. If a problem arises they get in touch very quickly to inform me of this. There is a regular carer who attends to my mother and she spends time chatting with her, which my mother enjoys.

Nash Homecare provided care for my late father. He always spoke highly of the care and assistance he was given by the carers who visited him and they provided a high standard of domestic cleaning. His flat would always look clean and tidy after their visit and his bedding would be changed. Dad usually
had the same carer who would make a weekly visit and over time they built up a good rapport and got to know each other well. It seemed nothing was too much trouble in the care and help that was given to Dad.

Having a carer for my father, even though for only two mornings a week, it helps him get ready for his lunch at 12 noon!
I am available to help him some days more than others and he seems relieved that he has assistance with helping him shower!
This gives him a sense of relief and freshens him up
when he mixes with the other residents for meals!
Although there are different members of staff who care for him, he comments on how well they assist him!
In the future, I think it will be necessary to have carers visit him on a more regular basis!

My parents, who both have Dementia have been receiving care from Nash Homecare for a couple of months now. The whole process was very smooth from the assessment to the care being put in place via Adult Care Services. The team explained in detail how the care plan works and we are kept up to date if
they feel if anything needs changing. My parents say that all the carers are so lovely and nothing is too much trouble for them. This care has changed our lives, we now know that they are taking the correct medication each day, which has been a real worry for us in the past. We can't thank the Nash team enough and would highly recommend them.

We are very happy with the care that my mother receives. All the carers have been lovely, and my mum looks forward to them coming. I called the office to increase the hours of care and as usual, the staff were friendly and helpful in arranging this. I would not hesitate in recommending Nash Care services.
