We understand at Nash Homecare that flexibility is needed in care as things arise suddenly or sometimes things just don't go to plan. It is our duty to keep families aware of any concerns we have as we find when working in partnerships, if everyone is on the same page, this helps to give the client the best possible care and outcomes for the individual. We can also then direct you onto any further help or support that may be required.

Helping to support nan with her wish to remain living in her own home, is why we do what we do here at Nash Homecare. Our carers are trained to notice certain indicators that may lead to further medical decline, for example, ill health, urine infections, pressure sores etc, and actioning these findings with immediate effect is crucial to benefit the clients wellbeing.

It was great to come and meet with yourself, your family member and father to discuss the needs of your father at the first initial assessment. We find at Nash Homecare, the more information received about a person we will be supporting, really helps us to tailor the person-centred care packages we offer, as no two people are the same. It is really positive to hear such great feedback with regards to the services we provide here at Nash Homecare and how it is appreciated by not only the clients we care for, but for the family members also. We understand how frustrating it can be for clients when they are medically fit to come home from hospital but unfortunately, there is no care provider to step in and help, this is why we have adapted ourselves to be able to be responsive and turn care packages around quickly but not missing any key information and at no detriment to the client's care.
