Andrew has gained extensive working knowledge and experience within the domiciliary care sector over many years, since starting with Caremark (Worthing & Adur) in 2010. Andrew has successfully established and developed a further two more offices; Caremark (Chichester) and Caremark (Arun).
He has developed a deep sense of passion and respect for the nature of the business and the individuals that it helps to support. He cares deeply for both the welfare of all Caremark customers as well as staff, without whom, of course, there would be no Caremark.
Together with all Caremark staff, Andrew attributes the growth and success of all the businesses to this sense and spirit of responsibility.

Ellie has worked in the care sector for 31 years she started her journey in care in a care home serving breakfasts before school, worked in various care homes doing mainly night work until Ellie was 24, then branched into working with people with learning disabilities.
Ellie worked for a private company for 14 years, which had at the time 2 homes supporting people with learning disabilities.
They then branched out and built a purpose-built unit and a day centre supporting people with severe challenging behaviour and learning disabilities, Ellie started as a day activity co-ordinator until she worked her way up succeeding in various roles to become day centre manager.
Ellie was approached to support in other homes in the country, working closely with managers to teach staff to work in a person-centred way. At this point, Ellie became the inclusion lead for the company. Ellie has gained many qualifications and has extensive knowledge of person-centred care and inclusion.
Ellie started to work for Caremark (Worthing and Adur) in 2014 after being made redundant. Ellie started as a care coordinator and worked her way up to deputy manager where she deputised for the manager for a year while she was taking maternity leave.
In 2018 Ellie offered a position to be the Registered care manager of Caremark (Chichester). Ellie strives to deliver person-centred care to all clients always putting the clients at the centre of everything she does. Ellie has an amazing team and is proud to be the manager of Caremark (Chichester).

Joanna started working as a Care Worker when she was 18 years old. During this time, she has worked in domiciliary care and care homes, but her main passion is domiciliary care. Joanna loves being able to keep people in their own homes and remaining as independent as they physically can be. Joanna started as a Field Care Supervisor at Caremark Chichester in 2017 and quickly came into the office as a Care Coordinator. In November 2020, Joanna became a Deputy Manager.

Sam has worked for Caremark Chichester since 2017 and started as a care and support worker. This was Sam’s first job in the care sector. Sam then joined the office team as a part-time care coordinator in 2019 and became full time in 2020. Sam always goes above and beyond for our clients, supporting them to resolve day to day issues and ensuring all their wellbeing needs are met.
Job Title: Recruitment Manager

Lauren has always supported Andrew in the Caremark venture, however actively joined the business in 2013 on a part-time basis supporting the Caremark (Worthing & Adur) office with admin duties and recruitment. This gradually progressed to a full-time recruitment role. She is now Recruitment Manager for the 3 offices and oversees the recruitment process for the on-boarding of all new staff. A confident people-person with good organisational skills, she thoroughly enjoys this role and being able to advocate for the industry as well as the businesses. She also became a franchisee in 2019 and is incredibly proud to be a part of the growth and development of all 3 offices.

Irma has worked in various roles from a waitress in Portugal & South Africa in 2012 to factory Deputy manager in 2018, but Irma always wanted to develop more. Whilst she was working in Higgidy pies Irma started her degree in Business Management following the leadership route and began her AAT studies at Northbrook college. In 2019 Irma had an opportunity to work as a Finance Administrator at Caremark Ltd, after completing her Degree in management and AAT Level 3 studies Irma was ready for a new challenge and began working in 2020 at Caremark (Worthing, Chichester & Arun). Serving various roles with Caremark (Worthing, Chichester & Arun) Irma is thoroughly enjoying her new career in both Marketing and Finance and working for a company that is compassionate and motivates its employees daily as well as making a difference in their client’s life’s every day.
