I was not sure what to expect and was so impressed by the organisation and the lovely friendly carers who have quickly become almost part of the family. My wife and I look forward to their visits.

Generally, I am very happy with the carers' service and attempt to please. They mostly work hard and carry out their duties as would be expected of them - some carers have learnt a lot in a short time and definitely aim to please.

I have a very positive experience of using Caremark (Chichester). Care staff treat you with respect and dignity and are always cheerful and friendly. Nothing is too much trouble for them. Office staff are equally friendly and always as helpful as they can be. My only gripe would be that communication
needs to improve regarding changes to rotas, other than that a great service.

Girls are always happy and they never make my husband feel embarrassed. They communicate with him throughout his care call. Nothing is ever too much.

I look forward to the girls coming in because I know that I will have someone to talk to and get some personal care as there is a lot of things I am unable to do.
