This company has a high class of good carers and high-class office staff. I would recommend anyone looking for a reputable care company to join as we have had Mrs O's for a year now with no complaints on my behalf - excellent!

The team from Mrs O's came to look after my dad at my home. From the office staff to the carers, they really looked after us as a family, helping us to adjust and answering any queries etc, and most importantly really caring for Dad. In general, we got the same girls looking after Dad, who were always
caring, cheerful, patient and kind. I can't rate them highly enough, as they were the best company I dealt with by far. Many thanks.

Mrs O’s Caring Hands Homecare staff provided excellent care with an extremely caring attitude towards my mam and myself. Care was provided for Mam 4 times daily by 2 carers at each visit, generally the same 4 people carrying out the care. The support given allowed Mam to remain in the family home for
her last 2 weeks of her life. This was the last 2 weeks of December which meant the carers were visiting over the holiday period and always came in with a smile. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Mrs O’s to any family needing care. Forever grateful.

My dad has been cared for by Mrs O’s Caring Hands Homecare for the last couple of years. He has received an amazing quality of care throughout this time. During his enabling time, they complete household tasks my dad can’t complete himself such as shopping and housework. My dad is always kept clean
and well presented. I have a great response from the office staff and management, nothing is ever too much for them. I can’t thank them enough for the care they have provided my dad and the support toward myself also.
Recently my dad was unwell and the carer stayed with him for 10 hours from 4 pm -2 am, calling me every 30 minutes with an update until eventually, an ambulance came. The carer kept both myself and Dad calm during this time and I was so grateful to them for this.
I have dealt with a few care companies in the past and Mrs O's is by far the best and I would recommend them to anyone.

I have recently started with Mrs O's and I am very happy with their support which is essentially two visits per day. The staff are attentive and cheery and are willing to do anything I may ask.
We are now in a routine and staff changes are few, which suits me very well. This helps me maintain my independence
and their support enables me to continue living at home.

My mother in law has been very happy with the care that she has received over the last few months. As a family, we have been very impressed with the service overall. The carers have been kind and considerate towards my mother in law. They have acted promptly when they have had any concerns with regard
to her wellbeing. The service, in general, has reacted very quickly to any requests made by ourselves. As a family, we would not hesitate to recommend Mrs O's homecare to others.

I have known Mrs O as my auntie is using them for my uncle. She absolutely loves the service the care is second to none.


The carer who looks after my uncle really cares and supports my auntie too.
This service is so special and intimate to people who need it. This matters when you are in a vulnerable

state.


I’ve had to contact them regarding my own parent and again the took time out of their night to speak to me giving helpful support for the right care at home.


This is so important for our loved ones.

Excellent service delivered by very compassionate and empathetic staff. Support to our Mam has been wonderful and has extended to wider family. Nothing is too much trouble and requests are dealt with quickly and efficiently. Kindness care and thoughtfulness is delivered on all aspects of service and
dignity respected in all aspects of service shown to Mam. Consistency and continuity has been paramount in Mams care and this has been given even at times of difficulty. We cant thank you all enough at Mrs O'S for your hard work and dedication from Carers to Management.

Joan Wilson is the Founding Director of Mrs O’s Caring Hands Homecare. Joan has built a proven track record of caring for people over her 15-year career in the care sector.


She has worked in a range of care roles as Care Worker, Coordinator and Registered Manager. She has qualifications in Health and Social Care and a Diploma Level 5 in Leadership and Management. Her past experience includes starting up branches and developing businesses as well as training senior staff and coordinators.
In 2017 Joan was proud to be a Regional Finalist in the Putting People First Award and Registered Homecare Manager Award at the Great British Care Awards.
