I am a client/service user and my carer is light she is very hardworking and communicates well with my son who has autism and sensory issues. She is patient with my son and carries out her duties well and she has a good rapport with me and my son I am very happy to have met her and she has enriched
our life.

The staff on the phone are amazing. The person from the office who monitors the carers is the best. She has helped so much and I couldn't thank her more. Some of the carers my grandad has had have been awful. Two formal complaints had been submitted via myself due to poor care and mistreatment. The
horror stories you hear are true sadly. But we did also have two very good carers who have been amazing. One who was his most recent carer went over and beyond for him. She truly cared and it showed so much.
If it wasn't for the two bad experiences I've had, I would have rated this a much higher level.

The carers were very professional, caring and helpful to my father when I saw them in his home. They were always ready to listen and were friendly, kind and professional in their manner. The contact I had with the office was outstanding and very efficient, kind and supportive in their manner. They couldn't
do enough to assist me with any queries or guidance that I required.

A very good care company. They have taken care of my Grandpa. Carers are polite and punctual on the whole. Despite the recent Covid crisis, the service has remained of a high standard. The really nice carers they do a very good job.

Excellent care, I would highly recommend this agency. My dad has never needed a carer, but due to circumstances, he was allocated, a particular gentleman. He is hard-working, polite, attentive to my dad’s needs, in the short time he has been working with my dad, he has got him to leave his home to go
for a walk, something that I have been trying to do with my dad for over a year. My dad generally seems much happier since he has been visiting him. The agency gives routine calls to see if you have any worries or concerns.
5-star service, I have no hesitation in recommending LifeCome care to others. Thank you.

My father had never needed carers before April, and now, during these unprecedented times, LifeCome were able to deliver good care at exceptional times. From the person answering the telephone and updating me just how dad was, to the carers actually taking care of dad and having his wellbeing front
and centre. I cannot fault LifeCome care whatsoever. In fact, I am very grateful to them for being able to take care of dad, at a time when I couldn't physically be there.

LifeCome in Bromley stepped in at the last minute to help my mother when her normal carer was going away on holiday.
The manager was very approachable and responded to me straight away. She was able to provide me with two lovely ladies to attend to my mother that very same week.
The carers were
very professional in their work and were always polite and friendly.
I am very happy with the service my mother and I received. I would highly recommend them to anyone and I will definitely be using them again in the future.

I have not yet found a carer who is not concerned about my wishes and my care. I am extremely well cared for by them. The office staff always try to meet my needs when I ask for help.

I have been so impressed by all the carers we have met since my friend was referred to LifeCome Care. They are so attentive and do all with great care and attention to detail. Their interest in my friend and how she is doing is lovely to see and they work with dignity and care. We have found communication
with the office excellent and are impressed with links between management and the carers. The ethos of the company is so holistic. I have nothing but praise for everything. We feel fortunate to have been referred and have recommended them to friends. We hope we can continue to work with them once my friend's assessments are complete. Very unprofessional in terms of care given to my mother. Communication is extremely difficult with most care givers and also the manager. After obtaining the keys from the key safe, care giver locked us in our house and we could not get out and had to call the police. My mother's Red Alert is often
taken from around her neck and not replaced after her shower. When the shower gel is finished they pour water in the bottle instead of asking for a new one. One or too caregivers do not practice hygiene. I would definitely not recommended this home care agency.

There are some excellent staff that go above and beyond in treating the client with utmost respect, dignity and compassion. I'm very impressed with how professional and proactive in their approach to problems, always service with a smile, which is very important as they're currently the lifeline to
the outside world for our friend. Seeing him feeling comfortable and smiling as he speaks about his carers puts our minds at rest as we're always concerned about how vulnerable he is and his wellbeing is key to his recovery. Hopefully, with the carers' great care and attention, our friend will soon be well enough to progress further with his mobility, this is only made possible by the daily encouragement of the carers.

The carer has worked brilliantly with my daughter and she has gone from 5-day support to 2 days. My daughter is very happy and enjoys her days at day service with the carers guidance and support. Hopefully, this will allow my daughter to become fully independent over time. Thank you.
