Our regular carer, who comes weekly to my mum, is fabulous. She is so helpful, eager, and friendly. She has been coming for six weeks now, and helps with showering, dressing, changing bedclothes etc, and we never feel as if the visit is rushed.
My mum looks forward to her visit.

We used SureCare for my mother who was let down by them very badly. They cancelled her care without even informing either me or my mother and left it to the social worker to break the news. I dread to think what would have happened if my mum had been left to deal with this alone. They ignored my email
requesting an explanation. If you are looking for some reassurance that this company actually care for your loved ones, I would go elsewhere, as they simply don’t.

We informed the council we cannot continue with the care package and gave the required notice and followed all the necessary procedures with enough time to introduce another agency to your mum. We strive to give the best care to all service users including your mum, unfortunately, we could not accommodate some of your requests and acted in mum's best interest. Towards the end of 2023, Surecare started to provide a weekly visit to my mum to help her around the home. They have been reliable, and responsive and communication has been good. I haven't met any of the carers but mum has no complaints.
I am very glad Mum is getting this support and relieved as
it takes some of the pressure off me. I would recommend this agency.

Nice girls but some can't cook. I have to tell them every little thing. Done very slow. Management get mixed up which carers to come, but all very willing. Some need more training.

SureCare Hillingdon started to provide care service for my mother on 3rd April 2017. I found all care workers introduced to me experienced and qualified.
Office staff are always friendly and helpful.
Management is reachable and responsive. Cannot be more satisfied with the service.
