When first looking for care for Mum a couple of years ago the choice of care companies seemed overwhelming. However, based on SureCare's very good reviews we decided to go with them, and I'm so glad we did. Mum is now 98 and still managing her own home, thanks to the lovely, kind and competent team
at SureCare. She has great confidence in the lovely carers who visit four times a day, they treat her with so much kindness and really listen to her needs. The office staff are equally excellent - always very friendly and professional, and in regular communication with Mum and me to make sure that all is well, which is extremely reassuring for both of us.
Both Mum and I couldn't recommend SureCare more highly, they really do care, in every sense of the word.

SureCare have been invaluable in caring for my elderly and unwell farther for the past few months. They are proactive with his care and health needs, always suggesting ways to make his life more comfortable. They contact the GP when needed, they are always punctual, polite, kind and offer the most
incredible service. I honestly cannot thank them enough and feel very blessed to have found them. I would recommend them highly to anyone looking for a care team.

I have used the services of Sure Care (North Leeds) for 9 months. I was initially apprehensive about having someone assist me in showering and dressing afterwards. A 5 week stay in hospital had however removed any modesty that I may have had. I now look forward to my weekly visits which also include
the removal, washing and replacement with another pair of compression stockings. This was the primary reason I needed help as I could not shower with the stockings on, and also the application of cream to my feet and lower legs is necessary. I had an interview at home to start with in which I was introduced to my principal carer and my needs were discussed. Since then their service in my opinion has been immaculate. I cannot praise them enough and would most happily recommend them.

I initially completed an online form to enquire about care for my father, as the hospital were having difficulty in arranging a discharge plus my father was getting increasingly distressed. The next morning I had a phone call from the Care coordinator who was compassionate, organized and very knowledgeable
about the care that we needed. It was the Friday of a bank holiday and initially, we didn't think the care could be organized until after the weekend but after communicating with the hospital and the care coordinator came and did a thorough assessment. My father was home at 15.30 the same day.
My father's care from the team was wonderful and highly professional. They took care of my father's drugs, recognising when there had been an error and sorted it. My father really enjoyed the company of all the carers for the 6 weeks he agreed to them. They beautifully filled the stopgap in supportive care after discharge. They also supported me. I highly recommend this company.

The staff at SureCare are very understanding of my mother's needs and of her anxieties when they arise. The carers are compassionate and caring and demonstrate encouragement at times when there can be challenges. This has been achieved because the team have taken the time to listen to concerns, and
together we have been able to overcome obstacles, all the while respecting Mum's feelings. They constantly reassure Mum that her dignity is respected. Communication is excellent and prompt. I would have no hesitation in recommending SureCare. Professional with a capital 'P'.

I am 74-years-old with some mobility issues.
SureCare stepped in at very short notice to assist with post-operative care.
The manager went out of her way to accommodate my needs. She also spent time assessing my home situation and arranging my care with her most suitable care assistants. She introduced
her staff personally.
One staff member attended to me for most of the time and continuity was established. Another carer assisted when my main carer was unavailable.
Both ladies were delightful and helpful. They were happy to undertake any and all tasks that I requested, and they performed them with vigour and thoroughness.
I would certainly recommend their services.

For the past six months, SureCare has been looking after our mother, who requires 24-hour care. The carers are very conscientious and empathetic, and they make sure that our mother is eating enough. Consequently, our mother’s well-being has improved, and we are happy that she is being well looked after.
The live-in carer does an excellent job of catering to our mother’s needs.
We strongly recommend SureCare to anyone requiring care for their loved ones.

The ladies who visit my dad are outstanding. They treat him with respect and dignity, and he loves all of them. They will promptly let me know if they find anything concerning or unusual and were recently instrumental in getting him promptly into hospital to deal with a chest infection that had been
slowly building up and which I was unaware of. They are also very flexible and able to change timings and dates at a moment's notice and add on new dates if something unexpected comes up and I can't make it to visit him.

The SureCare team were invaluable in supporting my sister as she began living with dementia independently. As her needs changed, the team of carers adapted her care plan to support all her needs throughout the day.
The carers kept to their agreed time, we’re always kind, polite and cheerful. If a
problem arose, they dealt professionally and sensitively with it and always recorded their notes at the end of the visit for me to see.
The management team in the office are very approachable and will always try to accommodate requests for visit changes.
I would happily recommend this care provider.

We only had a brief time with SureCare as my father deteriorated much quicker than expected. However, the lady who came to undertake the initial assessment was amazing. My dad took ill during the assessment, and she sprang into action, calming and caring for my dad whilst I called the ambulance, and
she insisted on staying until he was safely off to the hospital. She was kind, informative and caring, reflecting the ethos of the company. I was very impressed.

The team at Surecare have looked after my father aged 86, who is not mobile and quite frail for the past few years.
My sister and I are nurses and live 200 miles away in.
My father is very happy with all the carers that visit him three times a day.
We have found the carers go out of their way to
care for my dad professionally and with kindness.
They often sit and chat with my dad, especially during this difficult covid time.
The team in the office have always kept my sister and I informed of any medication/care queries and discussed any problems resolving them quickly.
I would highly recommend this agency and their carers to anyone looking for a care package.
My father is very happy with all the ladies who care for him, and generally, it is the same lovely carers.
During covid, we have not been allowed to visit, and the team have helped us get through this difficult time with their kindness and professionalism. I would highly recommend this company.

The SureCare team treated my mother with great respect and dignity at all times.
They put her requirements and wishes first and did not rush her, allowing my mother to go at her own pace.
