Brisca Healthcare cared for my mother in the last 2 days of her life at home. They were absolutely marvellous, they were caring, reliable and professional. Without them, I don't know what we would have done. Their staff were amazing I just can't thank them enough. My mother passed away but everything
was done for her that could have been done and more. A big thank you from my wife and I.

I can not fault the care my father has received at all, the whole company, from the member of staff on the phone to the wonderful team who are looking after my father, they have shown compassion, professionalism, empathy, client dignity and most of all, love! I would not hesitate to recommend this brilliant
company to anyone who is in need. An extremely difficult time at the end of my father's life has been made less stressful and it's all down to this wonderful company.

Brisca Healthcare Romford was arranged for my husband's palliative care. I was very nervous about the experience but I needn't have worried. The whole team were very supportive and caring. They respected my husband's dignity at all times and treated us both in a very caring manner, sometimes going beyond

Carers only came to my home to care for my husband for a short while as he died quite quickly after leaving hospital but the care he received was very good. Carers were very kind and thoughtful. I had no complaints about the care he received.

Brisca helped my cousin to stay at home for 18 months as his health declined to the point where he required a move to a residential care home.
The staff who provided care for my cousin were always very professional and caring. There were a number of times when the staff had to deal with difficult situations
and these were handled with care and compassion. The interactions with the Brisca office team were straightforward and they kept us well informed of any issues with my cousin's care by telephone email or social media. I would strongly recommend Brisca as a Home Care Provider.

Brisca Healthcare looked after my father during his last few months of life. They visited four times a day and were always caring and respectful of his dignity, something which was really important to him.
I found dealing with the office always to be efficient and the staff were helpful to accommodate
any requests or changes.
The app worked well, it's a really helpful tool to track the day, routine and timings, it gave me peace of mind that I could keep a check on Dad's fluid and food intake, as well as his medication.
Overall, I am really happy with the service provided and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company and their wonderful carers - thank you Brisca for all your support with my dad.

I cannot recommend Brisca Healthcare highly enough. The care they have given to my grandma over the last 2 years has been outstanding. Every carer has treated my grandma with the utmost dignity and respect but more importantly with love and compassion. Grandma had a great sense of humour and we would
find the carers singing and dancing with her to make her smile. And they certainly did make her smile every day. Towards the end of her life we could see the concern and love they had for her and were all a huge support for us. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts everyone at Brisca. A very grateful family.

Brisca Healthcare looked after Mum for almost two years. The carers were reliable, patient and kind, some exceptionally so. The administrative staff were helpful and professional, listening and responding to concerns and quick to react to changes in Mum's caring needs. She wanted to be cared for in
her own home and Brisca helped to make this possible, despite her deteriorating health. I am grateful for their support, particularly in the final weeks of her life. Thanks to all the staff.

I've had the pleasure of meeting most of Brisca's team of carers over the last year. They are usually cheerful, polite, helpful, and eager to learn individual's ways of doing things. Sometimes they don't understand what you need but a bit of patience and rewording has sorted it out. It has brightened
up the day when they come and my dogs have loved seeing them too. The office staff are very helpful and sort any issues out quickly. Even if you ring out of hours they are very polite and happy to help. Thank you all for your service to me, much appreciated.

Mum is 98 and her experience is very good. In general, the carers are reliable, patient and friendly and perform their duties in an efficient and professional manner.
If any issues arise, the office has always been available should I need to contact them and has quickly put any change into place. Recommended.

On discharge from hospital, I was assessed by social services and a care plan provided. My family quickly realised that, in order to recover more quickly and prevent further harm to me, 24-hour care would be necessary. They asked Brisca Healthcare who responded immediately and provided the care that
I needed.
The carers unobtrusively guided my return to independent living. They were always courteous, warm-hearted, kind and intervened gently, only when necessary. Full accurate, daily written records were made, documenting my activities, health and welfare.
12-hour, one-to-one care followed. My carers accompanied me to my doctors and hospital medical appointments. Additionally, they came with me on short walks and grocery shopping visits.
Currently, Brisca carers visit and report on me twice a week. My family have every confidence in the Brisca team and the reassurance that their reports provide.
On my part, I look forward to the friendly and productive visits that enhance my daily life.

Prieska has 10 years of teaching experience in primary education (from 1996) and 2 years experience of teaching Adult Education in Business Studies and Economics. She has also run a cleaning business for 2 years (2007 to 2009) which enriched her transferrable skills in different areas. She has also done voluntary work for six months, as an administrative assistant at Imperial NHS Trust (Charing Cross Hospital), learning for work from May 2014 to October 2014. Currently, Prieska is the Managing Director at Brisca Healthcare Ltd. She has been in this position since August 2014. During her spare time, she does Healthcare Business consultations and coaching to new start-up Businesses in the Healthcare sector. Prior to that, Prieska worked as a Health Care Assistant for Bupa Care Homes for 4 years, working both day and night shifts with elderly people. She further worked for Essex County Council at Hargrave House for 5 years, working with children and young adults who are Autistic and have challenging behaviour. She also had experience in domiciliary care as she once worked for Red spot Group and Thurrock Council. Prieska loves to serve the community she lives. She is the founder and Chairperson for She-Unity Support, a Registered Charity Organization, aimed to assist BME African women in the UK experiencing domestic violence and abuse.


Qualifications: Diploma in Education, Level 5 Diploma in Principles of Management and leadership, Cert in Business Admin, Bed EAPPS, PGCE, MBA, MSc HRM.
