Right at Home (South Cheshire)

It has been a life long passion of mine to run my own home care business. I’ve worked in the home care sector for almost 15 years, including time spent as a CareGiver working my way up to being a Registered Manager and latterly as a part of the Senior Management team with a market leading national home care provider.

I have a Level 4 NVQ Registered Managers Award and am an active Dementia Champion in Crewe and Nantwich, delivering free information sessions to organisations and business' to help create a dementia friendly community.

My real motivation comes from my Grandad who sadly passed away in 2014 following after living with Dementia and Alzheimer’s Disease for nearly 10 years. I grew up in Kendal, in the Lake District living next door to my Nan and Grandad and enjoyed many great years working for my Grandad in his family run paint and wallpaper shop. As my Grandad’s Dementia progressed, he, of course, needed support and care as he started to struggle with his normal daily routine, and unfortunately, although much of his care was excellent, this wasn’t always the case. I use this as my constant guide to the quality of care we provide our Clients – “Would it have been good enough for my Grandad?” The answer must always be yes.

Zoe is our Community Engagement Manager here at Right at Home South Cheshire.

Zoe joined Right at home in 2022 as the Deputy Manager, then in 2024 Zoe was asked if she would like to work more on Community Engagement something that she is very passioned about.
Zoe's role is to help raise our profile in our local communities, engaging with difference services and activities, whilst helping to build strong partnerships and ultimately help us all make difference!

With having over 20 years of care experience, Zoe is a great addition to the team and she still helps out with the care side of things where she can!

Jane joined the Right at home team as a CareGiver, within a few short months she progressed to Senior CareGiver, then Care and Finance Coordinator and most recently, General Manager.

Caron has joined the Right at Home South Cheshire team in 2024 as the office's new Registered Manager.

She says:

'I am delighted to join the team at Right at Home as the new Registered Manager. I was a Registered General Nurse with nearly 50 years of experience within Health and Social Care. I have worked within management since 1999 with experience both in care homes and domiciliary care. Since my first placement in a care home when I was doing work experience at school, I have always had a passion for older people and believe they deserve the best.

Compliance and quality assurance has been a big part of my role and in line with Right at Home and I will continue to support as part of the team to provide the highest quality standard of person-centred care for all our clients.

I also enjoy developing staff and teams by ensuring that they have the knowledge and skills to grow and progress their career within this arena and will assist them any way I can.'

Naomi is one of our Deputy Managers here at Right at Home South Cheshire, she has her usual day to day activities helping to assist the team and our Registered Manager. Here's what she has to say,

'Hi, my name is Naomi and I am delighted to be joining Right at Home in December as Deputy Manager. I am passionate about providing service to clients and their families with a high standard of care ensuring that we go above and beyond for them. I come from a clinical setting in primary care and district nursing care so I have lots of knowledge and skills to offer. I look forward to meeting you all soon.'

Zoe H is one of our Deputy Managers here at Right at Home South Cheshire, she has her usual day to day activities helping to assist the team and our Registered Manager. Here's what she has to say:

Tina is our Senior Care Team Leader, based in Crewe & Nantwich. Starting out as a CareGiver, Tina has moved her way up the ranks to Senior CareGiver, and continues to ensure the highest levels of care are delivered and maintained, whilst supporting, leading, and mentoring a team of dedicated CareGivers.

Tazmin is one of our Care Team Leaders, based in the Nantwich area, she originally join as a CareGiver, however has progressed within less than a year to be promoted to Care Team Leader.

Taz helps to ensure the highest levels of care are delivered and maintained, she supports, leads and mentors our team of CareGivers.

Tazmin's key responsibilities include:

Macie is one of our Care Team Leaders, based in and around Sandbach. Macie was previously a CareGiver and has now been promoted to Care Team Leader!

Tilly is our digital marketing apprentice here at Right at Home South Cheshire, she is working towards her qualification in Multi-Channel Marketing. Her role consists of a variety of things like content writing, SEO research, social media management and working along side Zoe with Community engagement projects.
