The manager and care manager have been brilliant. Mum has dementia and other health problems and they have been extremely helpful and are always happy and polite with my mum. They treat her with dignity and are ready to help us further as we need it.

It has been a life long passion of mine to run my own home care business. I’ve worked in the home care sector for almost 15 years, including time spent as a CareGiver working my way up to being a Registered Manager and latterly as a part of the Senior Management team with a market leading national home care provider.


I have a Level 4 NVQ Registered Managers Award and am an active Dementia Champion in Crewe and Nantwich, delivering free information sessions to organisations and business' to help create a dementia friendly community.


My real motivation comes from my Grandad who sadly passed away in 2014 following after living with Dementia and Alzheimer’s Disease for nearly 10 years. I grew up in Kendal, in the Lake District living next door to my Nan and Grandad and enjoyed many great years working for my Grandad in his family run paint and wallpaper shop. As my Grandad’s Dementia progressed, he, of course, needed support and care as he started to struggle with his normal daily routine, and unfortunately, although much of his care was excellent, this wasn’t always the case. I use this as my constant guide to the quality of care we provide our Clients – “Would it have been good enough for my Grandad?” The answer must always be yes.

Zoe joined Right at home in 2022 as the Deputy Manager, then in 2024 Zoe was asked if she would like to work more on Community Engagement something that she is very passioned about.
Zoe's role is to help raise our profile in our local communities, engaging with difference services and activities, whilst helping to build strong partnerships and ultimately help us all make difference!

'I am delighted to join the team at Right at Home as the new Registered Manager. I was a Registered General Nurse with nearly 50 years of experience within Health and Social Care. I have worked within management since 1999 with experience both in care homes and domiciliary care. Since my first placement in a care home when I was doing work experience at school, I have always had a passion for older people and believe they deserve the best.


Compliance and quality assurance has been a big part of my role and in line with Right at Home and I will continue to support as part of the team to provide the highest quality standard of person-centred care for all our clients.
