When we realized that Mum would need a live-in carer, Right at Home was highly recommended to us.
They carried out an assessment and explained the live-in care process thoroughly, which reassured Mum and put her at ease. They were very patient and took their time.
Once the live-in carer started, we
noticed a significant improvement in Mum's overall well-being, particularly in terms of nutrition, as she was able to enjoy freshly prepared meals more frequently.
For us as a family, it was a great comfort knowing that someone was there to support Mum around the clock. 
Right at Home were great through the whole process and I would happily recommend them going forward.

I am delighted with the service offered and the support and care given to my partner. All the carers are most professional, well-trained, and caring and have never let us down.
Initially consistency of carers was a problem, but the agency consulted me on this and we now have an excellent familiar
team who offer regular consistent care which is a great support to us both. I would recommend RAH highly, we could not survive at home without them.

"Right at Home" first helped with my mother who had Dementia, and they did a wonderful job helping at home, which took the pressure off my father. A few weeks after my mother went into a care home, my father needed a lot of care, and Right at Home was able to pivot and provide rapidly increasing help
for my father. They went above and beyond the call to make sure my father was cared for well. The office staff and the carers are in rapid contact and work well as a team. After both my parents were in care homes I was able to reach out to them for help, which they gladly did.
One of the many things I appreciated about Right at Home was how quickly I was able to communicate with them, and their rapid response to our needs. I also liked the fact that there was an office close to home, that I could pop round to say "Thank you" .

I have been very impressed with Right at Home from from first interaction until today, when carers are in place. I initially called Right at Home and set up a meeting with my parents. My dad has dementia and my mum is struggling to cope. At the meeting, my dad's behaviour was particularly challenging.
The Right at Home representative dealt with him and the situation in a calm and courteous way. She then used this experience to set Dad up with a carer who she knew had the skill set to deal with his behaviour. Our carer now comes in on a regular basis and not only is she great with Dad but has also built a good bond with Mum. She has taken what could have been a stressful situation and made it into a very positive experience for them both. I can't recommend Right at Home highly enough.

Now nearly two years ago, my family needed immediate care for a complicated situation in which my mum was diagnosed with Alzheimer's Disease and my stepfather was hospitalised. This came about very rapidly and became an evolving situation that required flexible care on short notice. Fortunately, Right
at Home was available to provide instant assistance to resolve the immediate issues but also be flexible enough to meet the ever-changing dynamics of our care needs. For several months we moved from a few hours of care for one parent to both parents, to increased care hours as the health situations worsened, including taking one parent to visit the other in the hospital, to full-time, in-home care for one parent, to eventual full-time, in-home care for both parents. We found the company to be quite flexible in addressing our needs which often evolved quickly, and the personnel provided have always been top-notch in the care they provide.

In May 2023 I faced the daunting task of choosing a care agency for my husband, who needed extra care as he had sadly deteriorated health-wise. I was so very fortunate and thankful to find Right at Home and remained thankful until he passed away. It was important that myself and my husband have a regular
team of carers and this remained the case. Absolutely nothing was too much trouble for them I really couldn't have asked for a more caring, kind, and professional team. The office team equally were so understanding, caring, and efficient when my husband was admitted frequently to hospital. I knew they were just a phone call away in times of need which was supporting and reassuring. I am sure I could not have found a more wonderful agency. I shall always be thankful to them and have no hesitation at all in recommending them.

Right at Home provided support for our elderly Dad from December 2021 to February 2024 (when he passed), a carer attended his house for an hour in the morning and an hour early evening. Their care was outstanding, they were kind, professional, hard-working, respectful, helpful, and lovely authentic
people. I often heard Dad thanking and complimenting the carers with statements like "You bring joy to my world.".
We were extremely lucky as a family to have Right at Home caring for Dad it gave him 'joie de vivre' up until the end of his life at age 93. Thank you to everyone from the carers, office personnel, and management. I highly recommend Right at Home Reigate and Crawley.

When my Dad had a stroke I was suddenly in a position of needing to find care to look after him at home. Right at Home replied immediately and set up a visit to my father and a risk assessment visit to his home very quickly. He needed a rather complicated package of care and this kept varying over the
next few weeks but Right at Home took on the stress of finding carers at short notice and were very flexible. All the carers were lovely people who did their very best with my Dad but unfortunately, through no fault of theirs, it became obvious to all that care at home was not going to work. I feel that the company and the family did the very best they could but some problems are just insurmountable. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company.

Right at Home where a lifeline for my mother and I when we realised my father was approaching the end of his life and needed to put care and support in place quickly. They helped me seek out the right people to speak to at hospital ensuring I had the correct equipment and support at home to enable me
to fulfil my dad's final wish to die at home.
Without exception, all the staff that cared for my dad were kind, and compassionate and treated him with the utmost care and dignity. We received 5-star care and service and I would have no hesitation to recommend them to anyone looking for care at home.

Always friendly, professional and contactable at the office, and not sure what I would have done if the team hadn't been so helpful when Mum was diagnosed with dementia and Alzheimer's last year. They were all brilliant! The live-in carers have, I feel, been specially chosen to suit Mum and her needs,
and I know she is well looked after by the live-in, and also the other caring team who go in to cover her breaks. I have no hesitation in recommending Right at Home for all care needs.

Right at Home Reigate & Crawley provided care for my elderly mum from August to March this year. All the carers were excellent and although mum called them helpers, she didn’t want to accept she needed care, she loved seeing them all and looked forward to their daily visits. In February this year I
was also unwell and mum began to need people around her all the time, so she moved into a care home. Everyone in the office was so helpful, understanding and accommodating making sure mum had care until the day she moved. Thank you for all your help and kindness I will recommend your service to anyone needing at home care.

I was directed to this company. They came to see me and my wife to discuss our needs. As those needs have increased, they have listened to my concerns, guided me through the process of increasing care made recommendations. We have had a handful of carers, all of whom have been lovely. It is obviously
stressful letting new people into your home to provide personal care. The process has been easy, the carers are excellent and head office, receptive. I am delighted to have used this company and would recommend them.

Although we were only able to benefit from this home care provider for a short time, we cannot say enough about the excellent service they provided at a very challenging time in our family’s life. Our mother was near the end of her life and seriously ill and could not be left alone for any period of
time though she could not recognize this need, so was rather difficult to look after. However, from the very first meeting and evaluation, the business manager took the time to reassure us that they were skilled in handling all types of clients. We were able to develop a plan of care that fit our needs perfectly both with the carers and with the schedule. The carers could not have been more attentive and gentle in spite of the difficult circumstances and were with our mother to the end with their tender care. We would highly recommend this company to take the greatest of care of your loved one.

We had the good fortune to have Right at Home Carers to attend my husband for a year until he went into residential care. During that time we had excellent carers who carried out their duties with professionalism and cheerfulness.

In my 16 years of experience as a physio much of which was dedicated to community geriatric rehab, I have learned that effective and wholesome Care provision needs a fine balance of the right attitude, attention and time.


This serves as a foundation for other supported programmes such as Rehab to yield positive benefits in enabling confident and independent living. I have seen several cases where a lack of proper care, time and empathy has left many clients disappointed. Discovering this wide gap between concept and reality was a primary motivation for me to search and create a platform where we could provide meaningful care in combination with tailored rehab which would truly make a difference to someone’s everyday life.


At Right at Home Reigate & Crawley, I have the opportunity to realise this desire to provide high-quality and excellent care. Our comprehensive approach to care, companionship and rehab would assist clients and their families to live an improved quality of life.
