Right at Home, Reigate & Crawley have provided care once a day, for my elderly mother, since May this year. All the carers have been excellent and my mum has come to think of them as friends. They were extremely kind and compassionate, doing everything that was needed in a timely manner. Thank you,

The carers have been very supportive with my mother right up to her dying day. We had two other agencies before Right at Home but find this one's the best for mum. The carers took their time with mum and kept her happy by singing and chatting. If it wasn't for them I don't think mum would have lived
up to 94 as I also needed that much help, which I got, and I also learnt a lot about caring that I never knew before. So thanks to all at Right at Home Reigate and Crawley.

Although we only used the services of Right at Home for a few months we found the improvement in the care and attitude of the agency amazing. The needs of the patient (my husband) were met with much more understanding and kindness than given to him by the previous agency we had used. I would stress
that most of the fault lay in their (the previous agency's) office administration and not always in the carers they employed. Policy matters and we found all members of staff at Right at Home courteous.

The young lady who comes to me is very kind and skilled in caring for me! She uses her initiative. She also makes sure that I have taken my tablets (my memory is poor). She passes my doctors when coming to me and collects the tablets for me. She checks my fridge to make sure that there is no out of
date food in there! I could not have a nicer, kinder young lady!

I have had the same carer for the past two years. His timekeeping is first class. In this time I had no reason for complaint. He anticipates the user's needs extremely well. He has a cheerful disposition and is a pleasure to know. A first-class carer capable of filling a supervising role. I wish him

We have been using Right at Home for about eight months. All the carers who visit my mum are very friendly and I know that she enjoys the visits. Currently, the care is more to make sure mum is up and then to provide some friendship as she no longer leaves her flat alone.
On several occasions, Right
at Home carers have been very helpful in dealing with the doctor and arranging medication.
It is very reassuring to know that we have this care plan in place as things are generally getting more difficult for mum as time goes by.

My father has complex needs and advanced dementia. He requires more than a task-based pop in from a stranger. I tried 4 other agencies and none of them could help me but then I spoke to the team at Right at Home and they understood what we needed and recruited the right carers to suit my dad’s needs.
They really went the extra mile and I am grateful.

All of the caregivers were polite, friendly and efficient. They treated my father with respect and he looked forward to their visit.
During the pandemic, I was reassured to know that my father had regular visits from the caregivers who ensured he had food, took his medication and had some contact
with the outside world.

We have been using Right at Home for about 3 years to support my elderly dad (now 83 years old), who lives in our annexe. They are entirely reliable, thoughtful and provide carers who genuinely care and have made a real effort to make my dad as comfortable as possible.
As well as the carers, the
support team in the office are excellent.
The support provided by Right at Home is the only reason we have been able to have my dad live with us as long as we have.

It gives me great pleasure to write this review. The ladies you have supplied to care for my wife have all been outstanding. They have shown great competence. They are easy to get on with and we have struck up an excellent relationship. I couldn't wish for better carers. The same carer visiting regularly
is a great bonus as it is easy to build up a routine. The management is also competent and well organised. From our experience, we can confidently recommend this company unreservedly.

I am really happy with the care and service that Right at Home Reigate & Crawley provide my parents. It's a difficult challenge to navigate care for your parents and their kindness and practical help I find to be invaluable. It also gives them extra connection with people which is good for them both,
particularly as contact with the outside world has been so reduced in the past year.

At the end of 2019, Mum needed help getting up in the morning and getting to bed in the evening. The caregivers always arrived in a timely manner and were caring, respectful and friendly. Mum’s care package had to be increased in September 2020, and I worked with the team in the office to agree on the
right package for Mum. Right at Home have been timely in their communication, and if there have been any issues, they have dealt with them in a satisfactory manner. I’ve always felt that they have Mum’s best interests at heart.

I contacted Right At Home in July 2020 as I needed help for my wife who was diagnosed with Parkinson’s over ten years ago. The carers have been excellent and fully appreciate and understand my wife’s needs. Nothing is too much trouble for them and it is extremely pleasing to see my wife relaxed in the
carer’s company. Administratively the company have been very efficient, paperwork has been very clear and we have been kept extremely well advised of all developments for the company caused by the virus epidemic. I have no hesitation in recommending the company to others who need caring support for their loved ones.

I felt very well supported. The staff were always on time, and I was always notified about any changes. Their advice was excellent in helping to keep my husband comfortable. His dementia made him a difficult patient, and they never complained always assuring me.

When things became too much for mum caring for my 93-year-old father we found Right at Home and from the very beginning were impressed with the friendliness and professionalism of the staff. They were incredibly flexible, reacting very quickly to fast-changing circumstances and altering rota's so the
appropriate level of care was provided at all times.
The carers were always punctual, professional, kind and above all caring. They became friends to both mum and dad. Dad had a stay in hospital during this time and when he returned home he had less mobility and more physical needs. It was a difficult time but the carers came back and took all the stress away. Dad passed away in August at home, as was his wish, but this could not have been achieved without the support of Right at Home.
Many of the carers subsequently visited my mother to express their sympathies and offer her their friendship. We were all very touched and feel incredibly lucky to have found Right at Home.

My Wife has complex Physical and Mental Health, and I have spent 18 years trying to find a care company that actually sees those they care for as more than just clients. I could write a book of the horror stories of care companies and the carers over the years that I have had to put up with. I have
lost jobs (yes there are times I've had to step in and put the wifes care before my work) and drove myself to the point of exhaustion trying to make up for poor care, appalling medication management etc with a long list of the other care companies in the Surrey area.


This all changed when we found Right at Home, for the first time I managed to have a week of rest two weeks ago with no worries. Just some time for me to have some of my own time and also have some quality time with the wife.


Right at Home genuinely cares, and their carers have the training (which most pay lip service to) and understanding (most just stood and did nothing when my wife had mental health issues) I have looked for.

I have needed care for 18 years due to physical and mental health illness. The main idea of care, in my own opinion, is so that relatives have a complete break when carers are with clients. Unfortunately, over the 18 years, this has not been the case. My husband was still doing major parts of my
care to make sure I remained safe. This has taken its toll on him to the point it affected his work. Then I decided one last time to change care company hoping that I find the one to meet all my physical and mental health needs, also my husband not having to do any care when carers are here. On the first day, I was so impressed as the carers came in and just got straight into working without asking me continual questions. Apart from my physical needs being met, my mental health illness has been much more stable. They will help in every way even for my husband who is finally able to get a complete break. I am very glad to say this is the last company I need as all needs are being met. My search is over!

In my 16 years of experience as a physio much of which was dedicated to community geriatric rehab, I have learned that effective and wholesome Care provision needs a fine balance of the right attitude, attention and time.


This serves as a foundation for other supported programmes such as Rehab to yield positive benefits in enabling confident and independent living. I have seen several cases where a lack of proper care, time and empathy has left many clients disappointed. Discovering this wide gap between concept and reality was a primary motivation for me to search and create a platform where we could provide meaningful care in combination with tailored rehab which would truly make a difference to someone’s everyday life.


At Right at Home Reigate & Crawley, I have the opportunity to realise this desire to provide high-quality and excellent care. Our comprehensive approach to care, companionship and rehab would assist clients and their families to live an improved quality of life.
