My husband's stepfather has been a client of Blue Arrows for 4 years, beginning with two care visits a day and progressing through to live-in carers supported by regular visits from additional carers due to the complexity of his needs. Over this time the carers have provided him with great care, tuning
in to his needs and finding ways to support his communication as he became harder and harder to understand. As we live overseas, having daily updates on an app meant that we felt comfortable knowing his routine and having prompt access to any issues.

After two awful agencies, I hit the jackpot third time lucky! These ladies go above and beyond, and have restored my faith in the word care! For the first time in a year and a half I no longer have to check cameras constantly, race around or worry about Mum. Mum is happy and treated with the care and
kindness she deserves, and I in turn am now relaxed, happy and far less stressed. This agency should be a role model for all care agencies!

We started using Blue Arrow Care for my aunt about 7 months ago following a recommendation from a friend.
We met with the supervisor for the area who asked numerous questions to build the foundation for my aunt’s care needs and informed me who the main carer would be. I was also given details of the
app they use which flagged up any concerns and enabled us to keep track of the visits. We found this very useful.
Sadly, my aunt passed away a few weeks ago, her only wish was to stay at home, and I believe this was made possible because of the excellent care, kindness, and compassion that she received from all the carers. On the few occasions that the carers were running late, they kept me updated which enabled me to keep my aunt informed and ease any worries. If they were running late, they didn't then rush my aunt to make up time, more often than not they would stay longer than their designated time. I would thoroughly recommend Blue Arrow Care to anyone.

Thank you for restoring our faith in care. Blue Arrow Care Group have been looking after my sister-in-law for 6 months and the improvement to not only her overall well-being but her mental well-being have been outstanding. After trying 2 other agencies I was starting to lose faith, however, Blue Arrow
have completely restored that. The carers always go the extra mile, and communication with all the managers and office staff is first class. Thank you for everything you do.

Blue Arrow has been looking after my mum now for nearly three years. At the outset, she was very anti carers, and we, as a family, feared how things would go, but our worries were unnecessary as Mum immediately took to her "lovely"(her words) carers. She looks forward to her daily visits and enjoys
chatting with them.
Recently their flexibility enabled Mum to attend her granddaughter's wedding reception some 30-odd miles away, and not only was this service provided free of charge, but it meant that three staff members selflessly gave up their evening and went the extra mile to make it happen.
The support of the company with its professional team of carers is very reassuring, and we, as a family, know that she is in good hands. Thank you.

My mum had been in a care home for numerous medical reasons but wanted so much to get home and with the help of Blue Arrow carers in December 2022 this was possible. I was at my mum's home daily so got to know the girls very well that helped her daily and noticed they were nothing but caring and kind.
Nothing was ever too much for them to do either and they would always take time to talk and chat with my mum not just 'go through the motions' of their tasks. Mum used to get 45-minute visits and these were never rushed, sometimes they would run over and sometimes not, but they would never just 'clock off' after 45 minutes. One of the directors is always available and very easy to communicate with and extremely accommodating to last-minute requests. Mum has had to move permanently into a home as unfortunately being at home didn't work out, but I will miss dealing with Blue Arrow and the girls and highly recommend them. Many thanks!

The friendly family care offered by this company exceeds the monetary cost of care. They provide a family feel and support that many cannot actually experience because of distance and time. We have been welcomed into the Blue Arrow Care family and it is the best home care experience we've ever had.

I am so glad we had Blue Arrow looking after my mother for the last year of her life. Losing a loved one is obviously difficult but the care she received from Blue Arrow was amazing. She was suffering with dementia and not only did she benefit from their care but we did too. They always kept us informed,
gave us advice, and took charge of situations where we were floundering. If one of the carers was in any way concerned about mum I would be contacted, but they also informed the district nurses if she needed some additional care. They were always so friendly and chatty with Mum, and because of her dementia they chatted all the time, explaining what they were doing and providing constant reassurance. What was a challenging time for our family was made so much better with the assistance of Blue Arrow. My family would like to thank all the carers who looked after Mum, the office team and the management. Thank you.

Blue Arrow cared for my mother for years. She had MS and this year was diagnosed with cancer. Her condition very quickly deteriorated, and the carers were not only compassionate and empathetic with my mother but also with all the family. They treated her with dignity and respect, and they kept us all
informed about what was going on and if there was anything that needed to be escalated or investigated further. They quite clearly cared for my mum, and I do not know how we would have coped without them. They work incredibly hard, and we all thank them so much for everything they did and continue to do for others.

We have found the standard of care provided by Blue Arrow to be exemplary. The ethos of this company is professional, kind and efficient. Our Mum has MND, which is a progressive condition, thus her care needs have changed and greatly increased over time. The managing directors have been extremely supportive
every step of the way. Not only to our Mum but also to the family, at a very emotional time for us. The carers are very empathetic, compassionate and patient when caring for our mum. This is very important with her condition. Blue Arrow has been caring for our Mum for 6 months now and we cannot imagine how we would have coped without them!

Blue Arrow has been looking after my mum for the past 6 months and I have no words to describe how amazing they are. My mum has MND which is an extremely difficult disease to handle, however, the carers have made this time as easy as possible for us. They go above and beyond to make my mum comfortable
day in day out, they accommodate for her changing needs rapidly and are able to adapt to her circumstances every day. My mum loves all of the carers and looks forward to seeing their smiling faces all day!

I had a very close experience with Blue Arrow Care as they looked after my friend whom I visited every day and therefore I got to know them well. I found them to be exceptional in every way. They went over and above the call of duty and were so kind, professional and compassionate. I trusted them completely
and I know that my friend couldn’t have had better care. I cannot rate them highly enough and I recommend them to give their best in situations that can often be distressing. They would always be my first choice for carers for my loved ones and I will always be grateful to them for what they did for my friend.

Before the first visit, the manager called, asked numerous questions to build the foundation for Mum’s care needs and informed me who the main carer would be. I was also given details
of the app they use so I could access to see when a visit had taken place and any concerns, etc. The saying, save the best for last, was totally relevant here as sadly Mum passed away a few days ago. Her only wish was to stay at home, and I believe this was made possible because of the excellent care, kindness and compassion that she received from all the carers, but especially the end of life team. I was with Mum a lot when the carers visited, and as the app also showed, they spent the time with Mum that was needed. On the few occasions that carers were running late, they kept me updated but didn't then rush Mum to make up time. By far the best agency we have used, thoroughly recommend.

The agency is super efficient with highly trained carers not only in caring for my mother but also in safeguarding her. Caring is not just about washing and dressing a person but being the ears and eyes for the relative that their loved one is being cared for with dignity and grace. The director of
this company demands a high quality of service from her staff and the results are very clear as relatives like me are so grateful having found carers from this organisation. A bonus is how lovely and professional the carers are and the application provides me with peace of mind that I'm receiving feedback daily on my mother's care. The agency is very transparent with its delivery and will also listen to the need of the elderly and the relative. I would highly recommend this service on this basis.
