Thanks to Manu Integrity, we were able to have time away knowing our elderly parents would be well looked after. All of the staff are lovely and friendly and without them our parents wouldn't be able to stay in their marital home of over 60 years. Angels all of you!

The carers are all good, friendly, caring and pleasant. The organisation can be variable eg: making sure the carers know what they have to do regarding medicines, re-ordering and changing urine bags. It would be helpful if the same carers did all visits on a particular day. This is obviously difficult
covering holidays etc but would help carers and clients to get to know each other and routines better. It would also help carers to be better able to pick up on any change in the client's condition, beyond routine tasks.

Manu Integrity Services Ltd has cared for my mom since 2018. I am very grateful for the love and care that they have consistently given throughout that time.
I would recommend this agency as I believe that the manager tries her best to match the carers with the client, and for us, it has worked very
well. Also in the midst of this pandemic, no one transmitted Covid to my mother for which I am grateful.

Manu Integrity Services provides an excellent service. We requested specific times for morning and evening which was put in place to suit my dad. The carers respect our privacy at all times. They care for my dad and have high respect for him. We have regular carers which helps with Dad's condition.
Carers are very friendly, helpful and kind. Dad loves them. Mum and I have built up a great relationship with your carers.

Half of the carers don't do their job properly. They don't wash you properly or anything, they can't wait to dash off. I pay for two carers to come to me, but at times I get one, it's not good. I take water tablets early in the morning and sometimes I am laid in my wee wet through for fifteen or sixteen
hours. I am having water infections all the time.

I am sorry this is how you feel towards your care team. We take complaints seriously and we will do everything we can to resolve what we can. However, we respect our client's choices and wishes as we understand that your own chosen times are a late morning call and an early evening call. This will result in long hours and despite offers from experts such as District Nurses, for care times that would benefit you, you still want your care times to remain the same. This is something we can only change when agreed by yourself. We are always there for you if you wish to review your times. According to our monitoring systems, all calls have been covered by 2 people at all times as your care is impossible to be completed by one person.

Absolutely disgraceful the way my mum was treated during the last few weeks of her care with this agency. Medication not given correctly due to incompetence of certain members of staff unable to allocate 4 hourly visits, sending carers early, therefore, medication could not be given, no staff communication.
Issues with some of the care staff not even able to carry out the simplest of cooking duties, certain staff always complaining about one certain issue when they knew that a solution was pending. The owner of the company has the attitude of her way or no way, threatened me a few times to quit caring for my mum, she never made the effort to contact me to discuss issues that arose. This best thing to come from this company was when the owner gave notice to quit my mum's care, albeit she did this without warning or even discussing things with me first. I would like to say thank you at least she is now being cared for by people that actually do care and spend time to talk to her.

I just have to say a massive thank you to everyone that looked after my mother-in-law. Everyone was so, so lovely. The manager and the deputy were amazing, and everyone else who came. Everyone was so respectful and thoughtful, and even though they only knew my mum-in-law for 4 days, it was like they
had known her forever.
Great service; they all made a difficult time much easier.

Manu have just started to provide daily care visits for my mum who has Alzheimer's. She was nervous about having to have additional care support, however, the staff are brilliant and Mum loves having them visit after only a couple of weeks. It's making a massive positive difference to her care. They
have been good to contact me with any issues and we are building a great working relationship between staff and supervisors to help ensure Mum gets the best care possible.

Staff are inconsistent - some are attentive and efficient, others not. Some show an understanding of needs and abilities, others show little regard for needs. Providing food and drink sometimes appears too much trouble and their knowledge is lacking. Simple cleaning and hygiene tasks are not undertaken.
Medication times appear difficult to work out! Care not as initially said it was to be.

I can't praise or thank the staff and carers at Manu enough.
We were looking for companies with experience in mental health and younger clients and Manu has been the perfect fit.
The team came round for an assessment within two days and were incredibly kind and caring. Their empathy and experience
was clear. We were able to arrange a sensible care plan and I felt everything was well explained to both me and my sister. They provided regular updates and communicated clearly, especially if there were any problems.
The carers were all lovely and helpful, and Manu selected younger staff who would be better company for my sister. It really is incredible how much progress she has made and this really is due to the fantastic team at Manu.
I can't recommend them enough.
The only piece of constructive feedback I have is that occasionally the dates on the invoice were incorrect. However, this was always fixed promptly and there was never any incorrect totals, etc - just tiny typos.
