We are truly disappointed to hear of your concerns, as we have been providing support for your son for over four years. In that period we have always acted on any concerns that have been raised and we have jointly made changes as and when required.
We are extremely concerned about your comment regarding “unprofessional relationship” as we take matters of this nature very seriously and therefore we would welcome a meeting to discuss this item in more detail.
It has been a pleasure and rewarding to help support your son in becoming more independent, we hope he continues to achieve all he can in life, he is a talented young man with great potential.
