SureCare Rugby and North Warwickshire provides a care service to people in their own homes, supporting them to remain as independent and active as possible. The committed staff team carries out a full needs assessment for each client to ensure the service they receive is appropriate and tailored to their individual requirements. Clients can be reassessed as often as necessary to ensure they always receive the best care possible. Clients are also supported and encouraged to remain active in their local community, made possible thanks to SureCare’s partnership with external services and health professionals.

A range of services is available, including: home services, such as gardening and laundry; home care, such as assistance in and out of bed and support with personal care; respite and holiday care; and care for those living with Alzheimer’s and dementia.

Amazing. All care staff have been selected to suit my son's needs. They all go above and beyond. They encourage his independence and enable him to live a full and satisfying life. This, as a Mum, gives me peace of mind to know he is safe and enables me to enjoy life. We both now have our independence

While on holiday in South Africa, SureCare visited on a daily basis. These visits were to make sure, on mine and my daughter's behalf, that my wife was looked after.
My wife got on with the carers and got to know and trust them.
SureCare will be used again and I can recommend their service, 'Brilliant'.

From the very first day, Surecrae has provided a reliable and charming service. The Carers have all treated my parents with great kindness and good cheer. The house is now clean, they are eating every morning and we know the day has started with a friendly face.

The agency has provided 16 hours of care a week for my elderly and infirm mother. The carer has developed and maintained an excellent relationship with my mother. She is very aware of changes in her physical and mental activity and has adjusted her approach accordingly. She has communicated very effectively
with the family and she has made an excellent contribution to my mother's welfare.

Very good service provision and carer. On time, supports and helps my needs in the home or on shopping trips. Assists me to put some order to my bungalow during weekly routine, cleans and tidies up although this wasn't in the original support plan for my needs.

Overall the care provided for my father has been good. The carers are sympathetic to my father's needs. The experience my father gets does vary slightly depending on which carer is in attendance.
For the sake of continuity, it would be helpful if each carer made sure that they read the notes of the
previous carer so that they cater appropriately for my father's needs.
Any issues that have been raised with management, have I believe, been dealt with promptly and appropriately.

We ensure they follow our policy and procedures in relation to this which also include monthly auditing of all our client's records by the management team. As you are aware following us receiving this home care review, we promptly arranged to complete a full 'care needs review' with yourself and your father, again to reassure you of our responsiveness in dealing with any concerns you or your father may have.

Always find the carers are understanding of my Stepson's needs. Always ready to get him in a good mood. always clean and tidy and leave the home as they found it.
