Thank you for your review of our services, we are happy that you are pleased with the overall care of your father. We appreciate the feed back given with regards to our care workers and I would like to reassure you that all staff complete the same extensive on going training, which includes the importance of good record keeping.
We ensure they follow our policy and procedures in relation to this which also include monthly auditing of all our client's records by the management team. As you are aware following us receiving this home care review, we promptly arranged to complete a full 'care needs review' with yourself and your father, again to reassure you of our responsiveness in dealing with any concerns you or your father may have.
We hope we have now put your mind a rest and we look forward to continuing to support your father.
