We are very happy with Walfinch, Oxfordshire who care for my dad who has dementia. The carers are very supportive of my dad, with their skills of making Dad feel comfortable, preparing his meals, assisting with personal care, engaging with Dad with conversation in general and knowing what to say when
he has occasional confusion. Also doing general housework to keep things ticking over. I would strongly recommend this company. The manager is very engaging and meets with Dad/me/carers at times for updates and further help when required. The carers have a great relationship with Dad and contact me if needed.

Walfinch, formally of a different name, have been providing personal care for my mother for the past 2 years. I am very satisfied with their staff and the standard of care provided. A small team of carers have been used throughout so Mum has been able to really get to know them.

My mother has been very happy with the service, frequently commenting on the care and kindness of the three carers she has met. This has been a very considerable help to the family as we can now be confident that she is much less isolated than formally and able to get help with a range of daily needs.

My dealings with Christie's have been first class right from the initial phone call to them. More importantly though, after a little scepticism, my mother has embraced the whole idea of home care and now looks forward to her visits from her carers all of whom she seems to like and find helpful. My family
are therefore more than content as a result.

Thank you Christies Care for the compassion and kindness of the live-in carers and daytime carers for my friend in the later stages of her illness. We found the support to be invaluable and were very grateful to have such a great team to care for my friend.

I couldn't fault the thoughtful and kind care my mother received. The management were very supportive with any problems or concerns my mother or the family had. Would highly recommend Christies Care Oxfordshire.

Christies has been providing care for my mother for the past few months. The carers are all extremely confident, diligent and very caring. The support management and admin team provide an absolutely 1st class service, no call or matter is left unattended, and the response is almost immediate. They have
also been very flexible to accommodate the varying date requirements for my mother, as I share the care with my sister on a two-weekly basis. This is an extremely professional company. I would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone requiring any type of care service package. Well staffed and always willing to go the extra mile to help.

Care with a capital C! Communication excellent, notifying us quickly, if there are any concerns. Even though my brother has only been receiving care for three weeks, he already looks forward to the visits, enjoying their company and regarding them as his friends. The carer's input has inevitably reduced
our input towards his daily care, and this has been most welcome, for all parties.

My father and mother wished to stay in their home. My father is my mother's full-time carer. It became apparent after both contracted Coronavirus that they needed urgent assistance to remain comfortable together at home. The problem was acute. I turned to Christie's Care who engaged carers in under
a week. I cannot fault any point of care-giving or effortless kindness given to my mum and dad by the team at Christie's Care. They understood completely the difficulty my father would have handing over the reins to others and managed this difficult process with aplomb. They are very flexible about my parents' changing needs and have strategies to manage these too. The difference to my father is extraordinary - the burden lifted from him, has made him blossom. My mother is delighted to have a carer that she likes enormously and can relate to and who cannot do enough for her. Excellent care and being 'in the loop' is also a massive relief to my brother and me. Thank you Christie's Care.

I first started with the company which changed to Christies Care Oxfordshire with essentially no difference. They have responded well to any of my requirements which change from time to time by taking me to hospital when required. The staff have responded well to my ever-changing needs and my various
shopping requirements.

As the person responsible for arranging care for both of my parents, whose needs have increased, and at times, changed rapidly, I am so grateful to have found Christies Care.
The staff have been great, and as we have them around so many hours every day to help, we have really appreciated the way they
can blend in when not being fully engaged with caring. The manager has been a very caring and understanding leader for us to engage with and has always done her utmost to make sure we have exactly the right level of care. My Mum has been as impressed with them as I have, and one thing I don't worry about is who is looking after my Dad. I have complete trust in them because through more than a few very challenging events they have risen to meet whatever it was and keep us all calm and reassured.

My mother’s dementia was getting worse and I was looking for care, so mum could stay at home. I was recommended Christies Care and have been very happy with the staff and care provided. The manager was very approachable and allowed me to voice any worries I or my brothers had. We have upped the amount
of care received, however, we anticipate the need for this will rise again shortly.
Mum enjoys having the company and we are grateful that we know she is getting a hot meal, a good walk (weather permitting) personal hygiene looked after and household chores done.
Thanks to everyone at Christies Care.

From the very first phone call, I knew I was in good hands. The manager took time to talk me through how she could help offer some aftercare support to my mother and father after my father had a severe stroke in June this year. It was a huge relief to us all and Dad has enjoyed chatting with the carers
and it has helped give me and my mum some time to re-energise herself during the weeks. It was a stressful time and the regular reliable service we received made everyone feel better. I would highly recommend Christie's Care to anyone looking to support family or loved ones. Top service and special mention to two particular members of staff. My dad has loved being taught Welsh. Thank you so much.

I have been using Christies Care for the past 6 months for my elderly parents. They were very reluctant to have care and the carers have approached them with sensitivity and a gradual approach. They are always very professional, kind and reliable. They always respond promptly to my communication and
have been extremely helpful navigating the system to get more support for my Mother.

The care provided by Christies Care has been outstanding. My father suffers from advanced Vascular Dementia and has been a long-term client with Christies Care (formerly Eaton Care). The companionship care provided ensures I am able to attend work throughout the week and the communication between the
Carers and Management is excellent (should my Father have any difficulties whilst I’m at work). The 'attention to detail' provided ensures my Father remains engaged, active and is heart-warming, professional and gives my Dad dignity. Recently my Father, placed under a 12-week shield isolation as a precaution and despite the Carers use of all precautions and PPE it was me that had to remain at home as well, so paused the care. Whilst this makes future staff planning difficult for Christies Care they remained understanding and the excellent and professional care will continue once isolation pause completed. Highly recommended.

Christies sent an amazing carer, who I could not speak more highly of.
If she had not been there, then I don't know what would have happened, but it would have been completely awful. She took it in her stride and got on with sorting things out.
In addition, the manager and her staff at Christies have
been incredible. On several occasions, I've come to her with problems I thought would be insurmountable, and she's just got on and made them go away, often at very short notice.

The team at Eaton Care have been an integral part of my mother's recovery following emergency surgery in June 2019. They have also been a great support to my father who has become my mother's carer. Nothing is too much trouble and they have been very flexible about putting in place the level and type
of care which suited my parents. They have really been a part of helping get my parents into a better place. My brother and I both live overseas and Eaton Care have really helped us manage the situation together and feel relaxed about my parents' care.
I have been very impressed by the attitude and personal approach they take towards their clients - they are the type of company you would want to work with for your own parents.

The agency came promptly to assess our needs and within a couple of working days provided a carer who was simply marvellous in looking after my husband.
Being a strong, fit man, he was easily and repeatedly able to cope with my husband's weight whilst delicately turning him in bed. He also showed excellent
sensitivity in tasks such as shaving and intimate personal care.
All was done with loving attention to detail.

I have been very pleased with the care provided for my father who suffers from early dementia.

I needed to get care arranged quickly after he was discharged from hospital and Eaton Care Services couldn't have been more helpful in arranging a care plan at short notice. My father is now happy and well

looked after.

My friend received attentive, kind, sociable and compassionate end of life care delivered with skill and great respect for her dignity and her level of infirmity. The team of carers worked with district nursing staff, a live-in carer, GP and friends monitoring and communicating on any physical changes
and adapting to changing needs. The team manager was very attentive and supportive, using the benefit of her experience wherever she could, to help the care run smoothly and seamlessly.
