Friendly staff who are caring. Often rota's don't coordinate with the staff allocated to who arrives as well as a few no shows. Staff would benefit from being taught how to cook single meals.

Bluebird has been looking after my mother for six months now and has provided a very high standard of care which has helped my mother through some difficult times. They are unfailingly courteous to her and happy to do anything and everything asked of them. There are sometimes issues of timing when the
carer arrives very late; this normally arises from circumstances beyond their control and is usually but not always notified. I have nothing but praise for the extraordinary level of care that my mother experiences.

My mum passed away suddenly last November and as my dad is registered blind and Mum was his carer our only option was to look for carers for dad morning and evening. Bluebird was recommended to me by a friend whose father needs carers. Dad's carers have been excellent with all his needs and of course,
he has his favourites. They have been very understanding because of his sight problem and that he is still grieving. I have had a few issues but I will say they have been resolved quickly.

They are very good when sorting days times etc on occasions cannot be sorted. Would prefer earlier times in the mornings as of lunch-tea bed but so far working ok would like to be told of changes when possible carers are good certain ones go to lengths to be very good.

Over the last year, despite repeated requests, the number of carers per week has been too high (average 8). This has caused problems for my mother who, because of failing memory, is confused as to who is looking after her. Therefore, because of the lack of continuity and no 'main carer', helpful tasks
are not being carried out.

I was so impressed with Bluebird Care when they came to take care of my mum. Their carers are professional, kind, patient and wonderful and I would recommend them without hesitation. They took her for walks, cooked for her, helped her take care of herself and spent time colouring with her.

Carers come on time and use suitable PPE. They are very efficient in explaining if anything has changed. They talk to me and keep to the routine that we have decided together. They achieve all that they are meant to do within the allocated time.
All the carers who visit are cheerful and efficient.

Bluebird Care (Mendip) has been taking care of my husband's care package for the last few years and have taken a lot of pressure off my shoulders. My husband was 51 when diagnosed with dementia and for the last few years, carers have been paramount to his care to enable me to go to work. Their care
is second to none and to be honest, I don't know what I would do without them. As you can imagine the care needs have fluctuated but Bluebird has always been on board with any changes to the routine. They are not only carers to my husband but also a great support to me. I would have no hesitation but to recommend them to anyone who needs to find people who care.

The care provided by the team at Bluebird Care Mendip cannot be faulted. They provide a brilliant home care service for my mother in law in her 90’s at home. The carers genuinely care about her and treat her with respect and are friendly. The supervisors and coordinator also know her which I believe
helps to provide her with the best care possible. Highly recommend Bluebird Care Mendip.

Bluebird Care Mendip come once a week for one hour to help my 88-year-old mother who lives semi-independently in an annexe at our house. Anyone of a handful of ladies come and are always punctual, smartly uniformed, courteous and professional. My mother has her favourites but she appreciates them all
and relishes the proper shower and clean that their visits allow her to have. If my family go away we can increase the visits - Bluebird Care Mendip are very flexible. This service has made a significant difference to her and our lives and, for now at least, means we don't have to consider a full-time carer or putting her in a home.
