Outstanding support from Bluebird, the Care Supervisor is outstanding, and my father's main carer is excellent. Very satisifed with the care provided, the communication, and support provided by the entire team. Would highly recommend.

We moved from another care company to Bluebird because I needed more personal care. The quality of staff is outstanding, they are professional, caring and friendly, and I would seriously recommend Bluebird, as I already have!

My mother had to activate her care line and I couldn't get to her quickly as I was in Bournemouth. One of your staff went round personally to make sure she was ok. Thankfully, she was. It was reassuring that someone could get to my mum.

After experiencing a very poor service from an alternative provider, moving to Bluebird Care was like a breath of fresh air. The onboarding process was easy, professional with great care taken in agreeing a care plan that met my mother's needs. The service was exemplary, the staff caring and the communication
exceptional. The app provides complete transparency to the family. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Bluebird Care to any family, simply outstanding.

My father, who was 89, had increasing symptoms of later-stage Alzheimer's dementia and it had reached the time that we had to make some decisions as to his future care and well-being. We knew that he would be much happier in his home environment and so ruled out nursing homes for the time being.
Bluebird
Care had been recommended to us and so we contacted them to find out more about the whole 'care' process, from that very first phone call, initial assessment at home and throughout his many months of excellent daily care, Bluebird Care were incredibly professional and reassuring. We committed to using their services for a month just to see how it worked out for everyone and never looked back, continuing on until he recently, sadly, passed away.
Bluebird Care enabled my father to remain in his own home which was something that meant so much to our family, also something that is often overlooked was the huge relief that it gave my mother who had been struggling on for years.

Good afternoon Michael, first of all, thank you for the kind words. It is always a big decision to have carers in for the first time but we are glad that you chose Bluebird Care Worcester & Wychavon. It was our pleasure supporting Dad and I know our team were very fond of both him and Mum. I'm also glad we were able to give Mum a little bit of respite and ensure Dad was comfortable in his final days.

The nurses and the office team are brilliant. My mum is wheelchair-bound and is either in bed or in her chair, having the nurses round means I have peace of mind and am no longer worrying about her care. I am kept informed but never bothered.
They enable Mum to stay in her home, surrounded by her comforts
and memories.
The quality of services provided by all at Bluebird are fantastic, they have become part of the family.
No hesitation in recommending them to anyone.

Mum was reluctant to the idea of carers coming to the house and we had no idea what level of care she required but, after contacting Bluebird Care we had an initial visit where we just talked about our situation and things we were finding difficult. We discussed how they could help and things they
could do to assist and were reassured that it would all be at a pace Mum was comfortable with. Mum soon built up connections and very strong relationships with all that were involved and gave her such personal care. She looked forward to the twice-weekly visits where there would be much laughter and chatter.
We were really impressed with the service, efficiency and caring approach of each and every member of the team both in the home and also those we had contact with over the phone and emails.
Sadly Mum passed away in February but we take solace in the knowledge that her last few months were filled with joy and laughter and Bluebird Care played a part in bringing that to her.

My parents, both in their 90s, have used Bluebird Care Worcester & Wychavon for many years now. They started with a few hours a week to help with the heavier chores, gradually increasing the hours as they became frailer, to the situation now when they have 24-hour care provided by Bluebird. The live-in
and night carers are wonderful, they communicate well with the family (we all live some distance from my parents) and knowing that they are in place is such a relief to us all. The management team are also fabulous and very understanding of the issues of dealing with strong-willed elderly people. As my parents have become much frailer, physically and mentally, the carers have dealt with the issues attendant on ill health with compassion and grace, allowing my parents to retain their dignity as far as possible. The exceptional care provided has allowed two elderly, frail and bedbound people to remain in their own home. I cannot recommend Bluebird Care Worcester & Wychavon highly enough.

After becoming more frail, my elderly Mum engaged the services of Bluebird Care as she wanted to remain in her own home for as long as possible. All the carers have been wonderful with Mum and have looked after her very well. After initially being quite nervous about 'strangers' in her home, she became
very friendly with her carers and looked forward to their daily chats and laughter. My brother and I were always reassured that Bluebird Care would note any changes in her health and mental well-being and take the appropriate action to keep her safe and well. Mum is now in a Nursing Home as her mobility has further declined but, at the age of 94, Bluebird Care enabled her to retain most of her independence in her own home. I would highly recommend Bluebird Care Worcester and Wychavon to anyone looking for expert care for their loved ones.

Used Bluebird Care Worcester & Wychavon from February 2022 until November 2023 for my widowed mother, living alone with Alzheimer's. Overall, the service was impeccable; everyone was fantastic from the first enquiry right up until the day we moved Mom into residential care. Nothing was ever too much,
as expected, we encountered a couple of bumps along the way, and these were ironed out immediately and professionally. Would easily recommend it to anyone who needs in-house help or companionship. Keep up the good work.

Right from my first contact with Bluebird, I was very impressed with the understanding of what I needed. I was impressed by the compassion, knowledge and ability to respond very quickly. The team that I dealt with were excellent; they arrived when they said they would, and I always knew which member
of the team was going to arrive, and if there were any delays, I knew exactly the reason why and for how long. I’ve got to know each member of the team, and perhaps more importantly, they got to know me and my requirements, and of course, my personality. I would have no hesitation in recommending the services of Bluebird to others.

The Bluebird Care team are very caring, always cheerful, efficient and professional. Their support has been excellent, including times when we have requested extra help at short notice. My mother is absolutely delighted with the care she receives from the Bluebird team. She enjoys their visits and appreciates the help they give her in taking her medication and getting ready for bed. The carers are always professional and reliable; they are kind, caring people who arrive on time and
stay for the allotted time. If there are any concerns about Mum's health, they are quick to contact me. All tasks on the agreed list are carried out to our satisfaction. The service may not be the cheapest, but it is very good indeed.

Mum would not have been able to stay in her home as long as she did, had Bluebird not taken care of her for the past four years. It gave the family great peace of mind knowing that she was in good hands and their visits gave Mum something to look forward to, in an otherwise long, lonely day. Bluebird
was very supportive to the whole family in one way or another, for which we shall always be grateful. All the girls were very kind and helpful and, in some cases, went over and above what was expected of them.

I wanted to thank Bluebird Care and all their team for helping me and my family and mostly my mum go through the last few weeks and months of her life. Your team always cheered Mum up, you helped with her needs in a very friendly manner and just got on with the job in a very professional way. Your team
and staff were also very helpful and supportive to our family, I will always remember this. I will always thoroughly recommend you to anyone who finds themselves in the same unfortunate position. Thank you very much Bluebird Care (Worcester & Wychavon).

I had never used a care agency before and so didn’t know what to expect. Bluebird care have provided the kindest most professional service I could have asked for. They adapt to the changing needs of my mum and have been especially supportive during the recent loss of her husband. The standard of personal
care is very high and the carers are very observant, on one occasion alerting me to a possible infection that was caught and treated very early on. The care plan is regularly updated and the company are very responsive to any queries or changes. I can honestly say that the strong and compassionate ethos of the company is reflected by every member of staff from carers, admin staff and management. I also feel well looked after by them as the daughter of the client, and feel as if time and effort has been given to understand and work with the whole family. I would highly recommend this care company.

Bluebird 24 hour live-in care has been life-changing for my elderly parents. It has enabled them to continue to live together in the familiarity of their own home. The carers are kind and respectful, encouraging both parents to remain as independent as possible, beautifully described as “keeping them
company” rather than caring for them. All the carers have brought positive energy and laughter to the home and are fully supported by the Bluebird coordinators and managers. Bluebird has gone the extra mile to communicate with me via Zoom as I live overseas, which was extremely reassuring during Covid restrictions. A recent visit home confirmed that my parents are supported by some very special people.
