I would recommend Bluebird Care Worcester & Wychavon to anyone needing care. They are reliable, caring and trustworthy, when I have needed extra cover due to family emergencies they have always been able to step in and help even at short notice. My mother has dementia and the staff always alerts me
to any problems she may have that they have noticed. Thank you Bluebird Care Worcester & Wychavon.

I find Bluebird really first class in delivering exactly the service we needed for my 97-year-old Dad. All the ladies are polite and attentive and on the occasions when he has had a little crisis they’ve gone above and beyond in terms of staying longer and doing far more than is in the care plan to
make sure he’s ok until we can get there. My Dad is very happy with the service and had built up a good relationship with all the regular carers. I honestly don’t know what we’d do without Bluebird. Thank you.

Thank you for your kind words. All our carers enjoy visiting Dad and we will always try to go above and beyond to support our customers' families as well if we can. With kindest regards.

Bluebird provided care in the home for my quite seriously disabled husband from October 2021 to February 2022, when he was admitted to hospital. We found the initial set-up meetings very thorough and professional, all aspects of the care to be provided and costs clearly explained. All members of the
Bluebird team we met were helpful and available at all times. The carers were just that - caring and very efficient, very willing to engage, friendly and responsive. We were never left without a carer, all were punctual and very willing to do whatever was asked of them and completely trustworthy. I would unhesitatingly recommend Bluebird to anyone needing help in the home.

My wife started using Bluebird Home Care when she came home from Hospital in November 2021 and she died a few days before Christmas. During that period we had Bluebird Care morning and evening. We did not always have the same carers but that did not seem to matter although my wife did have her favourites
- they were all very good and some were quite outstanding. Towards the end, my wife was sometimes not too easy to handle but that did not affect their attitude - if anything, they became even more caring. Their professional and committed approach not only helped my wife but also made the awful experience just a little easier for me to bear.

I found the Bluebird staff to be friendly, thorough, efficient and very reliable. A carer always attended even when one of the carers had a car accident, another attended in her stead. They checked her medication to ensure she always had the correct dose and that it was given as prescribed. Mum was
content with her care which in turn meant I was at ease at leaving her at home as I had confidence in the service they provided. I would definitely recommend Bluebird.

I arranged (full-time) care through Bluebird for an elderly relative for a period of 30-months (January 2019 - June 2021). The care provided and the service of the management was excellent throughout this period. I would not hesitate to recommend Bluebird.

As my husband's dementia developed I know I would need help at home. The Bluebird Birds and office staff fulfilled their "Good Old Fashioned Service" reputation and cared for him in many ways. They were also kind and thoughtful to me throughout a very difficult time. Thank you Bluebirds.

In July 2020 we unexpectedly needed urgent care for my mother who was suffering from dementia and had recently returned to her home from hospital following a hip replacement.
From the moment I contacted the Bluebird care manager by phone from Australia, I knew I was in expert and friendly hands and
my overall impression of the whole Bluebird team is that they are exceptionally caring, empathetic, efficient and professional in all their dealings.
The support my mother received was very good - caring staff were approachable, reliable and genuinely interested in getting to know my mother as a person and forming a relationship with her.
When my mother died in September there was a delay with payment to your company due to probate. However, the account has now been settled and I appreciate the patience and understanding of your customer service and administration manager.

I have used Bluebird Care for a number of years for my son who has Downs Syndrome. I have always found them to be very professional. It is difficult to hand over care particularly personal care to others. It has allowed my son to remain independent and I have been able to relax knowing the quality
of care he receives is the very best the staff can offer. He is not always able to make himself understood but he is always listened to, and treated with the utmost respect.
I have always found Bluebird easy to converse with and if any issues have arisen they have always been dealt with in a sensitive and caring way.

The ladies are friendly, caring, thoughtful and patient; always willing to accommodate required tasks, in a cheerful manner. Furthermore, they are prepared to go above and beyond if an emergency should occur. All these attributes lead to a good relationship between the ladies and the family with whom

I am my mother’s carer who has dementia. As Mum’s dementia has deteriorated I was in need of extra help for her to continue living an independent life in her own home. I was recommended Bluebird Care, the carers and management team have always been very supportive, flexible and helpful to my requests.
The carers are punctual, polite, carry out their tasks professionally and treat Mum with respect. They are in frequent contact with me which keeps me updated on Mum’s daily needs and this in turn gives me peace of mind knowing she is safe and well cared for. Bluebird Care have definitely extended Mum’s life, living in her own home!

In February 2020, my mother had to go into a care home. Previous to this she had experienced two years under the excellent care of Bluebird. Though suffering from dementia, each and every carer took the time to listen to her, treated her with dignity and most importantly made her feel valued as a person.
Consequently, mum looked forward to and thoroughly enjoyed the time spent with the carers. Their professionalism was exemplary. Each visit was recorded in detail and available for me to read on their app. Regular reviews were held with mum and myself to ensure that she was receiving the most appropriate care. When I needed flexibility in the programme for personal reasons, the management team were always approachable and willing to help.
I cannot speak highly enough about all the staff at Bluebird and they will always have the heartfelt gratitude of myself and the family for the wonderful support they gave to both ourselves and mum. Thank you for caring.

I have been receiving Bluebird Care for 10 years. I am 85 years old and have suffered two strokes, resulting in mobility problems. I need assistance with walking and dressing. Bluebird Care is professional in their approach and organisation. The carers are always cheerful and helpful - their training
is professional and they perform personal care with a sympathetic and understanding manner. We will continue with their services.

I wouldn't think twice about recommending Bluebird carers to anyone, they looked after Dad and Mum for over five years, always on time with a friendly smile. I didn't need to complain about anything, I trusted them! Towards the end, Mum needed 24-hour care and for me, it took a weight off my shoulders
knowing she had someone who cared with her when I couldn't be there.

Bluebird has been caring for my Mum in her own home since April 2019, after she was diagnosed with Dementia. Initially, we started with one visit a day, four days a week, but as Mum's dementia has progressed this has had to be reviewed, several times. Mum now has three visits a day, seven days a week
- Bluebird has been very flexible with these changes and nothing has been too much trouble.
All of the carers are very professional and always have Mum's best interests at heart, if they need anything, or have any suggestions, they either call or put any comments in Mum's notes (on the App). The notes are very informative each day, thank you to the carers for taking the time to write them.
A huge thank you to Bluebird for their continued care throughout 'Lockdown' - I really don't know what we would have done without them, remaining professional and carrying on with a job they clearly love doing.

Without exception, the service provided by Bluebird Care has been exemplary.
Each and every carer whom I have had the pleasure to meet is clearly totally dedicated to their job and absolutely not doing a job for a job’s sake.
Certainly, in 40 years of business, the first company that I have encountered
where every single employee clearly loves what they do!
