Bluebird were absolutely marvellous with my elderly mother who suffered from physical difficulties as well as early-onset dementia.
Their procedures were second to none (and found pharmacy errors on several occasions) and their process for having all patient requirements on the carers phone rather
than on paper meant they were always up to date. All attendance times were electronically logged and shown on the invoice giving me confidence that allocated times were being accurately met and invoiced. When we did have a mismatch of carer with Mum’s personality, Bluebird were responsive in making appropriate changes.
They were reliable and timekeeping was exemplary. Where delays had occurred (perhaps previous customer needed extra time or road delays in bad weather), I was contacted to ensure Mum was kept up to date.
Couldn’t rate highly enough. Lovely caring team.
A bit more expensive than some, but having swopped from a cheaper company, I can vouch for “you pay for what you get”.

The care staff visited twice a day to prepare and serve meals. Despite my father not really thinking their visits were necessary to start with, he very quickly became reliant upon them. The ladies built up a relationship with him as they engaged in friendly conversations each day, and so he looked forward
to their arrival. His requirements were recorded and planned for but they all monitored his needs on a daily basis and reported all of their observations. The daily records, although time-consuming for the staff, were very useful for my brother and me to read and ensure that we had some idea of Dad's daily routines. We were then able to see if and when any changes needed to be made.

Used Bluebird for my Dad's care for around 6-months before he went into a care home. Ladies always turned up on time (or on the occasion they were late, would call).
Would use again and would definitely recommend.

Our experience of Bluebird Care was extremely positive throughout the years of looking after our mother.
We (my sister and myself) have nothing but the best regard and admiration for the carers, supervisors and office staff who all worked so well together to ensure that the best service possible was
delivered.
Their patience, understanding and professionalism was without question and was regularly tested, under extremely difficult circumstances, at times.
Bluebird Care made every effort, above and beyond, to try to ensure my mother had the best care possible to keep her in her own home, as was her wish, until she was admitted to hospital in November 2019.
We will always remember their kindness.
Thank you Bluebird.
