Abi has been with the company since its infancy and has a passion for what she does.
Starting as a carer she has worked tirelessly through the years to improve her knowledge and understanding to be able to become a manager which she did in 2018.
As described in our CQC report, she is warm, friendly and approachable.
Abi has completed extensive training and qualifications to support her knowledge in her role and is currently completing an MBA in Leadership and Management for Health and Social Care.
