Excellent very reliable service provider. Any adjustments that have had to be implemented have been done so in a timely and professional manner. All staff have been extremely accommodating, friendly, patient and kind with my mum who has late stage Alzheimer's and at times can be difficult. All covid
guidelines adhered to. I would recommend Habitat Homecare to anyone looking for a caring and efficient service provider.

I live abroad and other members of my Mums family also live far from her home. During this difficult time with the coronavirus, it has been very reassuring for our family to know that our Mum is receiving excellent home care. She finds all your carers helpful and friendly and looks forward to their
visits as highlights in her day. Thank you so much for providing such invaluable health care and mental health support too.

We used the services for a care package for dad. I found the carers to be professional, punctual, but more importantly, so kind to my dad.
There was a lot of work on each visit, which was handled well, but also my dad was treated like a person, not a number.
All the staff went above and beyond -
it often took longer to settle Dad, and he was never left until happy.
One carer came early especially, to help me with Dad for hospital transport - I could not have coped that day on my own - the staff even talked to me and helped me during a difficult time.
My dad is no longer at home, but I can still ring the office for invaluable advice regarding dad.
Highly recommended!

We receive companionship and personal care service for my uncle. The carers are lovely and have become extended family. They are caring and very thoughtful. Office staff deal with schedule changes quickly. Thank you for the support we receive as without Kare Plus we wouldn't have family time.

Well organised care package. Staff excellent 0 nearly all dedicated to the job, building up a relationship and confidence in the patient. It was a preferred option when the package of care was needed. It feels as if they are a part of the family. Well done!

Very good service, carers polite and carry out tasks well. Don't know which carer is due to arrive but they identify themselves. At the moment I have only one call per week, but would be happy to use the service more if needed.

I have engaged with the care sector since January, so I am relatively new at this.
My dad has become less mobile and unable to care for himself. The carers I have had looking after dad have been, on the whole, great.
They are a hard working bunch of individuals, some are more thorough than others,
but without them, I could not manage.
My main issues are not knowing when they are going to be attending.
I would like more of a schedule and to be notified if they are going to be early or late.

She is also a Business Wales Mentor and a passionate member of the Gowerton Cricket Club.

Roxy has worked in the care sector for many years in a range of settings from challenging behaviour, and mental health to most recently in domiciliary care. Roxy joined the Habitat Homecare Team as a Care Coordinator working her way up with increased responsibilities to her role as Care Manager.
