I started in 2007 as a Line Manager for Bosworth Homecare, then in 2017 I became the Office Manager for Swadlincote and I thoroughly enjoy it all! I have done my NVQ Level 3 and 4 and in my spare time I love being in the Countryside and going for walks!

I started off as a carer for Bosworth Homecare, worked my way up to senior carer and then to care coordinator. I love my job! It's so rewarding to know you're making a difference in people's lives.
I manage the rota and the staff, as well as cover sickness, and holidays and deal with emergencies.

I am the Field Care Supervisor for the Swadlincote Branch, I started working for Bosworth as a carer, and have also been a senior in my time here. I am a medication lead as well and I just love helping people on a day to day basis!
