  • Our package can include 10, 20, 30, 45 and 60 minute sessions, up to four times daily.


    We can adapt to our customer’s requirements to suit their needs.


    WE DO NOT:


    -   Charge more for evenings


    WE DO:


    -   Charge a one off set up fee of £55- and one-weeks deposit.
    - Charge mileage when taking customers to appointments / outings / shopping at a rate of 53p per mile.
    -   Charge 53p per mile, mileage fee for visits
    -   We do charge enhanced rates on public bank holidays.

Over the past 18 months, we have had several different carers come to see us to help us mainly with cleaning as I have various things wrong with me. They have all been very reliable and caring, but also very dedicated. Some have visited us regularly and have become more like friends or family. It is
a pleasure to see them. We have only to ask and they wish to do whatever we need. We would be lost without Bramley Home Care.

I have been using the service of Bramley Home Care for almost three years and in that time have consistently found the staff to be excellent in the care of my husband. Those in the office are also willing to help whenever possible if unforeseen circumstances cause me to need to alter visit times or

My father-in-law enjoys his visits and chats with the carers. They are always polite, patient, on time and efficient. The office is always willing to accommodate our requests and make amendments when necessary. Highly recommended.

Good support and service in the short time we have been associated with Bramley. This review might move into 5 stars in perhaps six months with more experience to reflect upon! Very good feedback from the head office in terms of any issues spotted during care for Mum. The billing process is simple.

I have been cared for by carers for many years. I have a mental and physical illness, schizophrenia, Epilepsy, panic disorder and spondylitis. The people that care for me have never let me down.
I have very bad days, they understand and support me, always kind and understanding. I have a time sheet
every week so I know what time they will visit me. If they will be late they phone my cousin who lives next door. I have been ill since I was 29 and I am now 71. I could never manage without them. I would give them five stars.

I am extremely grateful for the help from the jolly, smiling carers, in weekday evenings and early afternoons at the weekends. As frontline staff have onerous tasks, coping with all manner of situations, I hope they get rewarded accordingly. Timing is a bit erratic from day to day. I hope this will
settle down and that there won't be such long distances from place to place.

There have been issues with numerous things involving an occasion that a carer failed to identify the basic need of my grandma. My mum has always been on hand to communicate issues with some of the care staff to the managers. Most of the carers are very capable and kind, however, some carers are in
serious need of extra training. Don't expect any sympathy or customer service from Bramley managers or the accounts department once their services are no longer needed.

I have seen the email from Accounts, and I believe they were genuinely trying to help you understand how Local Authority contributions are calculated. I am sorry if this appeared to lack the service you were expecting, it was certainly not intentional. Again I can only apologise for any upset caused. We would like to say a huge thank you to all the marvellous carers from Bramley Home Care who made my husband's last few weeks more comfortable. We were very apprehensive about receiving carers in our home, but our doubts were unfounded. Every carer was understanding, thoughtful, friendly, attentive
to his needs and focused on helping us as much as they could. They were punctual and positive in their approach to his care. They were all individuals, with their own approach to care, but so well trained and patient-focused.
We are still finding it hard to come to terms with losing such a wonderful man, but we will always be indebted to your wonderful team for making such a difficult time more bearable.

Bramley Home Care provided a care service over three weeks to my Mother, visiting four times per day. Without exception, the carers provided an exemplary level of care and compassion, professionalism and good humour. Our final weeks with our Mother were made happy, calm and certainly easier thanks to
the outstanding level of support provided by the team. All the carers were all heroes. Truly professional and selfless in every respect. We thank you too for your extended support to all the family. We cannot thank the carers enough, alongside all the team behind them, for such brilliant care. We are indebted to you and your warmth and kindness will remain with us.

Care staff are very helpful especially when I first came out of hospital. Now I'm doing more for myself so need less help. The staff are always cheerful.

The carers nearly always arrived promptly and were always cheerful and tactful in their duties. The most regular carers were skilled in dealing with my husband when he was being stubborn and persuading him to be more sensible. They were good at using their time efficiently and when there were problems
and timetables needed to be adjusted the office were always competent.

Bramley Home Care was recommended after my wife had a stay in a residential care home in our village. We found the ladies who came six days a week to shower, dress and administer to her needs were caring and respectful at all times. At first, we were under a different office who were excellent at their
job. We then moved to Child Okeford which came under Shaftesbury. The Bramley Care ladies come for six days a week and are equally caring and efficient. Our only comment is the irregular timing of the arrival times which clash with my wife's visit to a day centre on Monday and Fridays but this is being looked at.
