Care Cover 24/7 is a reputable home care agency operating in Shropshire, West Midlands, East Midlands and surrounding areas. Care Cover 24/7 Ltd is CQC registered to provide both personal care and Treatment of deases, disorder and injury (TDDI). Care Cover 24/7 has had 3 CQC inspections which were rated good in all five key areas of enquiry. The team provides high quality Living In and domiciliary care support to clients in the comfort of their own homes.

Care Cover 24/7 provides two types of care services:- domiciliary care or live in care as per individual requirements. They support a wide range of clients regardless of the complexity of care needs. Care Cover 24/7 supports clients with needs including dementia care, post hospital care, learning and physical disabilities, mobility issues or house bound. Staff at Care Cover 24/7 are vetted through rigorous checks which include DBS checks and provision of two employment references. Carers are trained to ensure they provide the highest quality care to clients whilst enabling them to maintain control of their care and independence.

Care Cover 24/7 offers flexible care packages from an hour a day, block booked sit ins. 24hour care and living in care.

You have provided exceptional care for my dad in his final months, allowing him to remain in the comfort of his own home, just as he wished. Their compassionate and dedicated team went above and beyond, not only meeting his medical needs but also offering companionship, kindness, and unwavering support
to both him and The caregivers were incredibly professional yet warm, treating my dad with dignity and respect at all times. They managed his medications, assisted with daily tasks, and provided comfort, making his fin weeks/days as peaceful and fulfilling as possible.
Beyond their skilled care, the team became like family to us. They offered emotional support, checked in on us regularly, and reassured us during difficult moments. Their dedication made an immeasurable difference, giving us precious time with my dad without the constant worry of managing everything alone.

Hurrah! for Care Cover 24/7, their carers always arriving on time and always cheerful.
My wife has Alzheimer's, is bed-bound and has double incontinence. The carers usually manage to make her smile and laugh and despite her lack of conversation they always take the time to talk to her.
They understand
her changing needs and moods, never failing to look after her sensitively and notifying me of any particular issues and needs. Everything is done in a neat and tidy manner.
As a service user you have no real opportunity to compare 'caring' organisations in a practical way but I am very happy that we are looked after by Care Cover 24/7.

Care Cover always listens to my parents and my requests and are happy to change the care routine based on my observations and my parents changing requirements. I am very impressed with Care Cover's ability to tailor their care to the diabetic needs of my Father and to notify me of any issues as they
happen. A good relationship has built up between Care Cover and my parents which means I can relax and trust Care Cover to handle any situation.

I can say that the carers who visit twice a day at 10 AM to:
Get my wife washed or showered and dressed into day clothes.
To return at 6:30 PM - 7 PM to get her into night clothes.
Have been very helpful, respectful, cheerful, and amendable to any toileting needs during their visits. The company
Care Cover 24/7 is always available to deal with any care plan alterations I request if we are going out.
I cannot fault the way the carers make my life easier and more bearable. I am the main carer for the rest of the day and night.

Two carers 4x a day.
Morning: most useful and most essential.
Lunch: Bed making, exercise, patient conversation.
Late afternoon: Toilet transfer if needed, patient conversation.
Evening: Same as late afternoon.
Most toilet transfers are done by me because the timing of carer visits seldom meets
the client's needs.
Overall useful but quite limited in meeting real client needs.

My mother's carers are efficient, professional, warm and caring people.
As well as looking after her physical needs, they chat with her and get to know her and she has lovely relationships with them.
I am reassured that she is being looked after by professionals, and we all work well together to keep
