There is no Power of Attorney for Mother and I spent ten hours a week caring for her. My exclusion, therefore, did not benefit Mother and was not in her best interests. It was unprofessional and caused me much distress, when I could have been a positive contributor to Mother's care package.

After any internal and external investigations, this review of your recollection of events is very different to mine.
I thank you for the 4 stars for staff and the care support as I was very much a part of the care team going in, if not most days, every week to care for your Mother, updating her care frequently on her ever-changing care and support needs.
The Care Plan and Risk Assessment were written in by yourself and others proving it was there in the property at all times.
On the times we found that you had to leave earlier than planned we were always happy to be there for your Mother as quickly as possible to provide the continuous care and support she so needed.
