On a positive note, the Carers are brilliant. They are very hands-on, friendly and deliver a very professional level of care. The management could do with planning their rotas, looking after their Carers better and work on their processes for communicating changes in the organisation. They also need
to prepare their new Carers better with more shadowing of care visits.

Following this recent review from the husband of our customer, we have made contact to thank them for their feedback and also to discuss the issues raised. We have implemented a more effective form of communication between us and them, to ensure all changes are liaised and accepted. Mr. Miller himself has said since he made the review, all matters had already been resolved and is extremely happy with the level of services from Braeburn Care. Management have worked closely with Mr. Miller to provide preferred daily visit times and preferred daily carers for continuity for his wife, Mrs. Miller. Mr. Miller has expressed he wishes to submit a new review to reflect the services in which they now receive, which we have told him he is more than welcome to do so.

Following a phone call to our client's daughter, we are sorry to hear that our client is feeling the way she is about the implementation of our new system and in turn reviewed our services on this basis, this is by far our intentions nor anything we would ever want to hear or cause. The aim and reasoning for implementing our new system is to ensure all required information for the delivery of our care services is shared and available in real time, and thereby improving the effectiveness and quality of care provided to our customers and the working roles of all of our team. I can't speak highly enough of the service I have received from Braeburn Care.
The level of care and personal attention could not be greater. I am never made to feel inadequate and I am encouraged to be positive in the things I am able to do for myself.
Braeburn staff have helped me build my confidence
towards greater physical activity and their interpersonal skills are especially important to me, as I feel I can out my trust in the staff, which gives both myself and my family total peace of mind.
