The main reason we chose Bluebird Care Walsall to care for my Grandmother was because of their live care note system which can be accessed by family members regardless of where they are in the world. This was of huge importance for us as a family as we live in another country, and since choosing the
services of Bluebird Care Walsall we have been very reassured that my Grandmother is receiving great care on a daily basis. A special thank you to all of the amazing Care Assistants who have already forged a great bond with my Grandmother in a short time. Highly recommend their service to others looking for care for themselves or their loved ones.

Bluebird Care Walsall allowed my grandad to keep his independence and stay home. My grandad suffers with dementia but nothing seems to be difficult/challenging for the carers and the management team delivered as promised by creating a very person centred care plan. I would highly recommend this service.

He trains all of our new Bluebirds, as well as does all of the ongoing refresher training for our existing team.
