Leaving a positive review for this company, in particular for the work of two members of staff. They provide great regular care for my father, and they go out of their way to truly understand what is best for him. They always ensure that he has taken all his medication and are pro-active in their approach
(making sure that he does not run out of his medicine/ letting me know if he is running low). They treat my father like their family and my dad very much enjoys their company. Thank you again for all your hard work.

We think that the lads who work Monday to Thursday are good because they work as a team. The teams on Friday, Saturday and Sunday are good too. We would like to keep all of them, please. The care package that we have in place works well for us.

Our team of carers provided by Lalis are excellent, we couldn't ask for a better group. They've worked with us to make my father's care as smooth as possible and they often go above and beyond the call of duty. Special mention to five particular members of staff, all of whom are like family now. Would
also like to thank the manager, who has been exceptional in helping to organize her team.

The carers from Lalis are very good and treat my dad as their own family member with care and respect, work from the heart and also are hardworking. Giving the best care for my dad during his day-to-day needs. We couldn't ask for more.

Have been allocated the same two carers for a while now which is good as it is absolutely necessary when looking after a 101-year-old to ensure caregivers are aware of the individual needs, continuity of care and allows rapport-building.
Caring and punctual carers - both listen to and are aware of
client likes and needs.
A special thank you to the carer who has been caring for my mother from when discharged from the hospital to now.
The admin staff also have been in contact to check and enquire on the care being given.

We have had the same carer for our mum for the last 10 days running, this is very important as she has dementia, the carer has been very kind and accepted anything we have asked of her.
She sat down next to my mum so as not to be talking down to her but at the same level.

We are very grateful to the carer who is doing an excellent job. Previously my cousin did not let the carers do anything other than give him medication. This carer has for example given him a shave, cleared and cleaned the bathroom, changed his bed and cleared his bedroom.

Been receiving home care for my mom for nearly 2 years. Excellent support from the management.
Our regular carers are very kind, considerate, very experienced, humble and cheerful.
They are on time and listen to my mom’s needs.
My mom is very comfortable with the carers.

I cannot praise Lalis carers enough - they handle my husband with such sensitivity and are so aware of his needs. He is always treated with dignity and discretion, which is so important to him. They have become very much part of our family and their consistency is so valuable.

Lalis Direct Care have been amazing with the care of my mother, they saved her life and we were able to spend an extra 16 weeks with our mother.
My late mother felt very safe with the three carers who looked after her. I have nothing but good things to say about the company and the team of carers.

I can’t explain how amazing this company is, they have definitely become part of the family! The care they provide my mother with is exceptional, they go above and beyond and we are truly thankful for everything that they have done for us. My mum adores all of the girls just like her own! I would highly

My husband and I have been supported by the ladies at Lallies Support Carers since 16th May this year. I have found them to be an exceptional team. They were all very caring and gentle with him in his last stages of oesophageal cancer. I was truly amazed at the love and sympathy that they showed throughout
- for someone whom they had never met before. There were times when they chatted to my husband and had a little joke together which was lovely to see.
They took a lot of the physical caring off my shoulders giving me more time to have a rest, which helped me to carry on. They gave me good advice when they thought I should phone somebody and had a lot of practical knowledge and experience which I found I could rely on. They were very supportive to me as well as my husband.
I cannot speak too highly of these ladies. I will always be grateful to them and never forget them.

The carers who come to look after my dad are wonderful. Always kind, patient, smiling, and very compassionate. My dad always looks forward to their visits, it lightens his day. They are always willing to do extra work. Very professional. Their work means a lot to him. The office staff have always kept
