Home Instead Charnwood Leicester supports older people to stay in their own home for longer.

The care staff believe there is no place like home and offer companionship, personal and home help support and care to people in their own home.

It offers a premium service with a minimum of one hour calls and the same CareGiver to each visit at the same time. The CareGiver is personally matched with similar interests. The service specialises in dementia care. All CareGivers are fully trained and look after clients as if they were their own family friend.

My mother was very reluctant to have a carer in her house when we first suggested it to her. It was, therefore, a great relief when she met and liked her carer. She looks forward to her visits five times a week. The carer has developed an excellent relationship with our mother and has often helped out
and been flexible when required, including taking our mother to medical appointments. We are all very pleased with the service that our mother receives and means that she is able to stay in her own home.
