Thank you for the good review of our staff, we will share the review with the staff. It's so sad that you didn't have a contract for the care which we were providing, ordinarily we are not involved in the signing of the contracts as the package of care was commissioned via the local authority and the allocated social worker provides the clients/family with the documents, however this is now a lesson learnt for us as an organisation, that we ensure all our clients understand the terms of the package of care even if its provided by the LA.
