Overall Experience

I have been totally satisfied with all aspects of the care provided. We used this care service from 21st November 2016 to 9th November 2019. The care went from one carer a day to six carers a day until my husband died. Staff always had a cheerful manner despite some very difficult situations.

Overall Experience

A & T cared for my now late father for two years. They were patient, considerate and understanding in all aspects. They didn't falter even though with dementia my father wasn't the easiest person to care for. They supplied excellent live-in carers for the last months of his life, he was bedbound, the

level of care was outstanding. My father was extremely difficult, lashing out, swearing and very rude, the carers coped with him and gave him amazing care. If it wasn't for their perseverance, my father would have ended up in a care home and he would have been so unhappy in this environment. I am so grateful my father could have his last days in his own home, which was his last wish.

Overall Experience

My father was looked after by A & T Caring Services between February 2019 and January 2020, and they always treated him with care and respect even though dad could be very rude and awkward. A & T visited 4 times a day and never missed a visit.

Overall Experience

The live-in carers took my mother out every day, she got her hair and nails fone.
My mother enjoyed her time with her carers. They walked for miles, and they took the time to see to her needs.
Communications between carers and family were good.
I had my mother over on Christmas Day with the carer.

Overall Experience

A&T provided a fantastic service to my parents and our family. Thanks to their professional expertise and kindness to him and our family, my father was cared for in comfort at home. He was confined to bed/chair, with complicated and frequently changing needs, requiring two carers several times daily.

A&T managed his needs calmly and flexibly, working effectively with district nurses and other services. A&T supported our parents with kindness and professionalism. Although a stressful and sad time, A&T helped make many aspects of this last phase of his life positive; my father kept saying how he was happy to be at home with our mother.
My father was full of praise for the carers, regularly saying how gentle and kind they were. We often heard him chatting and even laughing with them while they attended respectfully to all of his care needs. Mentally, he was still himself until very shortly before he died peacefully at home - A&T made this possible. I would 100% recommend them.

Overall Experience

I was more than happy with the most caring team that came to look after my husband until his dying day. They were even at his funeral which goes to show that they went beyond the call of duty. I would recommend the caring team without a shadow of a doubt, as they are truly angels on earth.

From signing up with A & T they have been efficient and professional in conducting their services, fully complying with the terms of their registration. Their warmth, love, care and support during my husband's last days was second to none, frequently going the extra mile to ensure his wants, as well

as his needs, were met. They brought a positive and cheerful atmosphere into our home, never in a hurry, and would sit and chat with him, becoming firm friends over the duration. I can't recommend them highly enough.

Overall Experience

I was extremely happy with the care provided by the carer and the team. They fitted in well as family rather than just workers. They showed my husband lots of care, dignity and comfort, especially as he was unhappy having anyone else care for him other than me, but soon became reliant on them and enjoyed

their company. They had a lot of respect for both of us in our home.

Overall Experience

The staff have been very helpful with my mum. The house is clean. My mum is clean and has put on weight from eating better.
My mum likes to go for walks and the staff will take her out including bus trips to town.

Overall Experience

The family have used A & T Caring Services for the past month, for the care mainly of my father, although they do also look out for my mother. With them both living at home and with entirely different medical problems, it has proved difficult for the family these past few months. However, with the appointment

of A & T, it has taken the pressure off of us and both Mum and Dad are getting used to them. The carers have had to be both professional and diplomatic with a good deal of encouragement thrown into the mix.
I would recommend A & T as they appear very capable of tailoring their services to their clients.

Overall Experience

The manager and his team provide excellent, compassionate care for my mother during the latter stages of her life coping well with her complex needs. It was a great comfort to me not living close by that she was in safe, kind hands.

Overall Experience

All carers were professional, kind and efficient. It would have been preferable to have only one or two carers only so that person being cared for became familiar and trusting. Generally satisfactory.
