Very poor management. My father was in Hope Bank View from 2018 until 2022, his overall care was average at best. My own personal experience with certain members of staff and management was abhorrent. The complaints procedure was inept and it took management far too long to deal with simple complaints.
There were serious failings along with a lack of basic care throughout my father's stay.
