From the first contact, Gabriel’s Angels have been friendly, informative and reassuring whilst guiding us through the process of setting up live-in care at home for my mum. Without exception, every member of the team has been professional, and has gone above and beyond our expectations. The manager
and team even liaised with the hospital to get Mum out of hospital and back home. They genuinely care about their clients and families, and have been so supportive. Our lovely carer who looked after Mum really was an Angel. Not only was she compassionate and caring; her experience/knowledge allowed us to relax knowing that Mum was safe and receiving excellent care. It was always Mum’s wish to stay in her own home. Thanks to Gabriel’s Angels and her amazing carer, she was able to remain at home being looked after with dignity and respect. For which I am truly grateful. I would highly recommend Gabriel’s Angels to anyone who needs home care. This company is, beyond doubt, a rare find!

My mum started having two visits a day after my father passed away recently. She has a small team caring for her and they have all been so kind at this difficult time, helping her to adjust. I can honestly say that they cannot do enough for her and she really looks forward to her daily visits. I am
so glad we chose Gabriel's Angels for my mum as I have peace of mind that she is in good hands!

Gabriel's Angels have provided live-in care for my uncle for the last four years until his passing last month. During that time, he received exceptional care, and Gabriel's Angels were always there to listen when we needed to talk things through. His main carers have been excellent - engaging, caring,
interactive and considerate of his needs. They have also helped us to navigate the care system and to understand how we could ensure that my uncle could continue to receive live-in care when his personal savings ran out. We will always be grateful and glad we chose them.

Gabriel’s Angels have been looking after my father for two years now. He has declined over this time, and they have catered for his changing needs at every stage. The carers show dignity and respect whilst having fun and laughter with him. He enjoys the carers visiting, and if I have any concerns or
need to ask for changes to be made, the office staff are very helpful and always action requests promptly.

Truly outstanding in every way. I couldn't recommend Gabriel's Angels highly enough. Since my dad moved to be under their care my dad has really improved. The carers really give true quality time to him forming a friendship. That's tough with someone with Dementia too. Reliable, trustworthy and approachable.
Thank you!

Immediate and supportive response was made after I made an inquiry on behalf of the client, with the full consent of the client. There was an urgent need for overnight care and none was available through the normal (local authority) providers. With a mobile phone conversation on loudspeaker with the
doctor, including the client, it was agreed Gabriel's Angels would be engaged. Their service throughout was caring and considerate, very professional.

Gabriel's Angels have been providing care for my mother-in-law and it has made a huge difference. The team are kind and compassionate towards her whilst allowing her to still have independence.
It has also taken some of the 'stress' away from the family knowing that she is being looked after. What
that means is that we can spend more quality time with her; taking her out for meals, days out as a family. It has given back our time with her which is precious - thank you.

I founded Gabriel’s Angels in 2012 with my wife Jacqueline. Our reasons and ‘why’ for starting the company were very similar despite having very different backgrounds. I always had a strong desire to start a business but struggled to come up with an idea that would really make a difference and have a strong purpose. In the spring of 2012, the circumstances were right for us to do so and the idea of creating a company that truly cares with a passion for the local community was born. Our passion for the business remains as strong today as it was then and have met so many amazing people during the journey so far, we will continue to look after our staff as if they are part of our extended family whilst doing everything we can to continue to deliver outstanding care to our customers.

I started Gabriel's Angels with my husband Jason in May 2012, we wanted to create a company that would provide the same loving care a family member would give and to be a happy, fun place to work. My inspiration came from my grandmother, as a child, she brought me with her when she volunteered for St Vincent de Paul at our local mental health hospital in Mullingar, Ireland. Granny used to bring chocolate bars, sweets and cigarettes to the patients in St Loman's hospital. When she entered the ward all the patients flocked around her for treats and a chat. It was a little overwhelming the first time I went with her but then after a while I loved it, she was so loved and chatted to people who wanted to chat, she would ask them how they were feeling. If there was anyone who she was worried about she used to ask the nurses about that person - in a way she was advocating for them (although I didn’t realise that at the time!) . She used to bring dinners, plum pudding and Christmas cakes to her neighbours in need or vulnerable people. Her 7 daughters used to bake lots of cakes that she could share. She always championed the underdog. I feel in a small way all of us at Gabriel's Angels are carrying on the work she did, it is very rewarding! I love looking after people, not only the people we care for but our staff as well! I like people to work the hours they want to work, to feel safe, trained, happy and to enjoy their work, to progress and share knowledge and care about each other as well as the community. If our carers are happy and feel looked after and listened to - they will look after our vulnerable people in a loving way, everything is connected. Granny used to say the prayer to archangel angel Gabriel with me every night when I was young this is where our name has come from Gabriel's Angels.
