Thanks for your review. We acknowledge that sector-wide challenges are impacting on our service and we work to ensure that changes/impact to rotas are communicated quickly and accurately. We appreciate your patience and thank you for your ratings with regards to standard of service, our care and support, and our dedicated staff team.
We reassure you that as much as we’d love to be able to support failing services, the safety of our staff and those we support is paramount. The truth is that we have to turn work away to maintain a safe and quality service. There will always be changes required where staff sickness is concerned, and we’re sure you can appreciate that it is a particularly difficult time for sickness on a global scale, not least considering the time of year.
